- Today I tackle the daunting task of repairing my BMW E36 M3's paint. I have absolutely no clue if/when the paint on this car has ever been properly corrected, but there was clear and obvious signs of neglect, so in this video I am attempting to correct the paint on the drivers side of the car to get an idea of what to expect moving forward with the rest of it. great video! Would love it if you could list the pads/compounds that you used. I have some of the same issues and would love to know!
Thank you! The pads I used were both from harbor freight, the orange (cutting pad) and the black (polishing pad), the polisher itself is also from harbor freight and I had it on about the 4-4.5 speed setting. As for what compounds I used, both are meguiars, one is a cutting compound, the other a polishing compound ππΌ
