these videos sometimes bring me to tears. i used to work with sea lions and i miss it every day. i never felt more aligned with my purpose than when i was taking care of them.
I am sorry. Why don't you still?
i love that charlie likes the feeling of sand
It's always so heartwarming to see how much care and thought go into taking care of each and every animal at the aquarium! Giant sea basses are such sweet creatures and it's awesome to see you guys treat them with as much love as they deserve :D
Oh my word. I had no idea that you could "train" a Giant Sea Bass like this! And you started with Theo when he was just a baby. How fascinating! I will tell my son about this. They have enough income to be able to travel to see things like this. I wish I could go with them this is marvelous!
I love these sea bass.
They're the stars of the Monteray bay aquarium north pacific species exhibit.
Big, ominous, and natural stoic beauty.
In the wild...
They rule with an iron fin and REALLY big mouth.
Fish are so biologically different from us and we rarely get to observe them up close/interact with them, so it's always a treat to see what their behaviors and personalities are. It took me a long time to realize fish can be super intelligent! They look so primitive, so it can be hard to recognize their body language unless you work with them every day like the folks at the Aquarium do. Thank you for sharing a small glimpse into their life!
I like how they all have different patterns and habits
That is an awesome giant Sea Bass and I have never
seen one that big before until now thank you.💞🐠💞
I immediately wanted to know their names 🤷🏻♀️ “Blue, Charlie, Delta and Theo” 😊
Gorgeous protecting all animals
Feeding scallops to baby manta rays at The Monterey Bay Aquarium was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! Everyone should have this place on their 'Bucket List.'
Sea bass and groupers are surprisingly nice to humans if given a chance to make friends.
i love him❤
Very caring team.
Wow great stuff MBA!
Amazing, I didn’t know I needed this
Great video! Very sweet and interesting, I love them big fish. Cute!
Many fish have very primitive expressions to our eye, and some seem rather monstrous-- and some *are* monstrous!-- being aggressive carnivores.
In any case, they're quite fascinating and even the strange ones are beautiful in their own way.
You getting graded on this thesis?
@@juicesipper9896 Oh, you mean you didn't enjoy it? Gosh, I'm so sorry! Tell me how I can better tailor my comments to please you and only you!
@juicesipper9896 Seriously, I'm sorry you found it necessary to expose your ill temper to all the world as you just did. And all over a.. fish.
Try to find better solutions for your meaninglessness, all right? Try sweeping the porch of an old woman in your neighborhood. That always works.
@@juicesipper9896Oh no! Someone on the internet is commenting something beyond "bro is [insert joke here] 💀" What ever will we do?
Omg Charlie gets reward with a sand shower 🥹
I always love ocean animals in the Pacific Oceans in California in the futures.
i feel better about the world knowing you can train giant sea bass and I dont know why
Very cool!!
Great work. Thanks for sharing
Love this
Thank you for your video. Your seabasses are giant. It is nice that fish can also been cranky😅.Years ago I had a fish thank and one of the angel fish was always cranky👿
so cool!! reminds me of the giant groupers we have in aussie waters, and in the great barrier reef here :))
They are not gentle giants, they will eat anything that will fit in their mouths. They are beautiful creatures in which i'm drawn to watching.
I always love more ocean animals in the Pacific Oceans in California in the futures.
Charlie is soo cute
C Bass? I'd give it an A+. =P
I love how three are named after the velociraptors from Jurassic World. Blue, Delta, and Charlie.
That’s the phonetic alphabet.
I love ocean animals in the Pacific Oceans in California in the futures.
So neat
I love more ocean animals in the Pacific Oceans in California in the futures.
Fish are underrated.
Charlie😂
Quality content!
Are these related to Goliath Groupers?
Sea Bass? It’s at least a C+.
Sea Bass Said That...?
I love that you include the staff’s pronouns, I’m glad to be able to know how they identify and it makes me feel seen myself. I also love fish cognition!
Are you blind? If you can't tell who they are by their name and appearance you need help
They didn’t include the fishes pronouns! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE RIGHTS OF THE FISH! Cancel Monterey Bay Aquarium noooooooow!
If my pronoun is "Dad/Daddy" will you put it after my name too? 🤭😎
time to eat sashimi
I hope people complaining about pronouns in the comments know that giant sea bass naturally change their sex as part of their life cycle
Humans don't
@@thedopplereffect00 nobody cares
🥱
Jesus Christ is the only way to everlasting life. He loves you, and He is with you no matter what. He will never abandon nor forsake you.
Whats with the pronouns?
Everything in California is woke
Its part of a secret language for pedophiles
Good thing because I actually thought she was a man. I’m glad she clarified that.
@@jasonthelazy you know the nazis also called all queer people pedos, right?
anyone who uses the word woke unironically is a fucking dumbass
Why the hell do you feel the need to include pronouns next to everyone’s name? Everyone watching knows what these people are even if they don’t.
Found the triggered conservative lol
“Waa waa waa, pronouns in this fish video upset me 😢”
Toughen up, snowflake
@@MorgottTheGraceGivenFound the non- binary woke snowflake.
And we could’ve just left the pronouns out of this otherwise interesting video. Wish this obsession with gender and sexuality would go away already
found the closeted person
Stopped watching the video then disliked it and unsubscribed from the channel the moment I saw “she/her” pronouns listed beside the “biologist”.
Lol, imagine being so insecure you’re offended by pronouns. Snowflake.
Sad they have to interject their politics/religion into an aquarium
@@thedopplereffect00 He said, replying to someone who interjected their politics/religion into an aquarium.
@@GoldBawlsHe/Him She/Her said, completely lost in their own sexual or gender identity.
@@fitzenheimerschmitz They said. It really is not as difficult as you’re making it out to be. Stop the meltdown, snowflake.
Thank god that first dude had (he/him) next to his name I thought he was a woman for a second
Pronouns, lol... I have eyes.
Freedom not prison
yall really had to put the workers gender next to their name lol brain rot
