I use only front return air handlers in my apartments because it s easy to clean the evaporators on these units. Most tenants don't change filters and some of them don't even use them.

Getting a coil under warranty just because of user Neglect would be Total Dishonest. Charge for a pull and just as it would be to install a new coil - the cost of the coil.

Yo on those garbage Chinese handlers they leak at the shrader that’s under the insulation inside evap had to replace a coil and find out hard way once
What’s the range of superheat and sub cool you look for
10° on each is good if you have a TXV. A lot of manufacturers these days print the required SC on the data plate though.
