soo, i made this list about a year ago and thought it was going to be a fun little video to edit but it took me a full week so here it is :) ALSO i wrote "dic" instead of "dec" for december because my brain was thinking in spanish and i noticed my mistake AFTER i finished the video, so i hope you don't mind😭
Dynamite literally game changing!! The dynamics,colourfulness, disco sound, these performances, the efforts,production....... ahhh dynamite era is definitely for history books! 😩
Honestly this is so tough, because the amount of performances we got for dynamite was huge, not just their sets, but their outfits, makeup and everything was different. BTS really outdid themselves with the Dynamite era 💜 this song truly deserved the #1 on Billboard HOT100
For me Tiny desk concert is definitely No. 1 but i'll give second place to the MJ themed Dynamite performance! That dance break was Le-JIN-dary!!!! BTS are the true successors of MJ.
That performance made me Army💜
These videos are SO good and never done before! ( I started with the ranking of late night hosts and I agree with everyone's spot) I just subscribed and you should have wayyy more views + likes because like I said, there isn't a lot of ranking of such specific things (talk show hosts, performances of certain songs). That Grammy performance is the first time I hared them. My granddaughter was watching the video. I legit, jump up to see who was singing. I heard Jimin and thought, " That's high." Little did I know 24 hrs and a dive down the rabbit hole and I was baby army, LOL. I was 68 yrs old. trained in dance and a theater geek. Pop music has never been anything I was very interested in. I listen to BTS everyday now, along with musicals, and classical music, but if I'm honest, BTS has stolen my heart, my ears and ARMY is amazing. I'm sorry it took me so long to find you.
Tiny desk was the second thing I watched. I watched it like 5 times in a row. the Microphones, the outfits, Jimin's voice, Hobie, RM's dimples, Jimin's voice, and did I mention Jimin's voice?
So happy to see the tiny desk concert at 1. That concert is what got me to discover BTS 💜💜💜💜💜
This video is an awesome idea! There are SO MANY Dynamite performances and they're so incredibly fun and varied!

i can definitely agree on that last no.1 performance.... i had watched dynamite before, when i wasn't fan, but i didn't like it much, after few months i watched this performance and i got interested to know their name... and i'm army since 3 years now... 💜💜
goodness I didn't know all these dynamite performances exist at all 😭 so thank u for this compilation... btw me and my 3 kids are carpool karaoke era army, so mezmerized by sunshine center hobi, the unrivalled powerful live vocals of jk, the swag and shades of micdrop rm, the tantalising mochi cuteness of jimin, the unmatched savage humor of wwh jin, the quiet but powerful presence of candid suga and of course the ethereal gaze and beauty and soft deep tone of tae and that's the beginning of our no end bangtan journey 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 truthfully I say anybody who watched that video that day enjoyed it so much that ultimately helplessly became an army 👍🏼😍
The importance factor is definitely very significant - I hadn’t seen any of the performances up until number 26, and I became an army just before dynamite era so I watched a LOT of performances.
gosh they really did sooo many dynamite performances, and i have to say that i personally will never get tired of seeing those performances! this video idea is soooooo amazing, i love it!! 💜 i'm personally obsessed with the bbmas 2020 performance, because of the live band there, of course the mma dance break, the performance at the late late show + jimmy fallon and clearly the tiny desk one, because they are just grooving and feeling themselves
#4 when Jimin slid out to the side after the dance break, he put on an imaginary glove. Also listen to the background sounds, it's from The Jackson's Pepsi commercial. U can hear a soda can being opened
Your #12 (BBC Radio One performance) is in my top 5. Their voices sound soooo good with the live band, and I love their energy in it. Besides this I love how you scored everything. Especially #1 !! Their NPR Tiny Desk performance is really *the* besttttt

I agree, I love the Tiny Desk performance. I was introduced to BTS 7 by Carpool Karaoke and dove down the BTS rabbit hole in August 2021.

I honestly disagree with most of this list, but well, this is all about preferences and POVs lol. I do appreciate a lot the effort you put on making the video, though. There are a lot of Dynaqueen performances and it must definitely had been a lot of job to rank them. TYSM!!!

16:30 i think they try to recreate the Rainbow Corridor at Epcot Center, Florida.. Michael Jackson did a photoshoot there in 1980s, which led to its popularity

I like how they tried to give us a different concept each time they performed it, but how did they not get tired of this song. All those performences, and stage set ups and choreographies must have been exhausting. Did they ever promote any other song as hard as they did Dynamite?
i don't know how they did this many performances😩 and yes, some of these performances were promotions for only dynamite and others were promoted with life goes on/be😊

I would have liked to have heard you mention that the absence of Sugar was due to his shoulder surgery and not make them lose "points" They did very well making sure that his space was kept "open" for him. And Yoongi was there for the drum performance of JunKook. That was his first time back with them after the surgery
agree, it sounded like you were saying they aren't as good without SUGA, and that's not always true plus, it wasn't Suga's fault.
It was not his fault but without suga bts is not bts. Remember for army 7=1.
Actually it was cute that that they give a space to him but it hurts that he was not there with them so missed him.
