I decided to make some porkchops tonight with greenpeppers&onions with yellow rice .I love seeing other ways to make this dish . I will try your version very soon with chicken. One of my favorite meals. 😋
I would like to know if you can use chicken broth instead of beef broth and what size baking dish did you use and also how much liquid did you put in this dish and did you use the whole onion or just half of it. It would helpful if you can put up your ingredients.
Angel the ingredients are listed in the description box. The only thing not listed is the onions and the mushrooms that I almost forgot. You can use as much or as little as you like of both ingredients. I rough chopped them and used 1 cup of mushroom and 1/2 cup of onion. Yes, you can substitute chicken broth or even water for the 2 cups of beef broth. The broth and the soup is all the liquid I used. I used the biggest one I have, it doesn’t have the size on it; possibly the 15x9 when I look online. Thanks for the questions 😊
Sylvia, the spices I used for seasoning were Seasoning salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper & cumin. About a 1/4 tsp of each should cover what you need. 😊
