- This is a short video on how to install a receiver hitch on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator. It is very simple and this low budget hitch to do nearly everything you need it to do as a Jeep owner. I hope this video helps you and as always, thank you for watching and supporting my channel.

how much did you tow with it safely because gladiator sport tow only 4 k it has no tow package i added this receiver to it
It tows perfectly fine. I tow a bass boat with it. I’ve towed two kayaks on a trailer and a 16 foot trailer. I just stay under the maximum rated towing limit.
looking to tow 3800 rv with it
How much weight I can pull with this receiver ?
Rated up to 4,500 pounds Gross trailer weight. And up to 460 pounds tongue weight.
Great video! I just bought a ‘20 Gladiator and it needs the receiver. Thought I was going to have to remove the bumper to install that top bolt. But since I have the plastic bumper this will work better to just cut the hole. Hopefully they are still including the cap
I hope they include the cap for you. Thanks for watching.
Great video, very simple process. You think you’ll be able to get the full tow capacity with that hitch? Thanks again, you probably just saved me a lot of money on the gladiator I’m looking at!
It’s a class 3 hitch. www.amazon.com/dp/B08YPBV3P2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Where do you get these kits?
You can get them on Amazon. Just look up your model and year.
Why is there other videos removing the whole bumper? lol
I don’t know why. This method is so much easier!
Remove the bumper so you don’t have that ugly hole/cover on the top
Kind of crazy. I just did mine and it was super easy to fish those bolts through that tube, but I'm obsessive about things, and I have so many questions about the tube,
does the little flat metal piece just get pulled down to the bottom of the circular tube or does it lock into place into something rectangular? I understand it's a carriage boat type set up but what keeps the flat metal piece in place? Just the bottom of the tube? It's around, so maybe if you get it tight enough, it won't allow the other parts to move, but won't that eventually wear through the tube? I just have so many fucking engineer type questions.
Yeah, I see your concern. But I have had zero issues. The flat metal gets very tight in the circular tube. It does prevent it from moving once it’s torqued down. That tube is thick heavy duty metal. I don’t think the fiat metal will ever make its way through in our lifetime. I hope I answered some of those questions!
Nice!
Where can i buy this?
Can you share the link please?
Thank you
Right here! Best priced I could find.

Cap comes with the hitch receiver?
Yes, the one I ordered came with one. But some in the comments said theirs did not.
Thanks for your video, does de spring comes with the part or where did you get them ?
The springs came with the kit. Thank you for watching!!
Where u can get that cap cover to cover that hole
Mine came with the kit. I’m not sure where you can get one. But if I find out I will let you know.
You might find them on Amazon. Try looking up “rear bumper bolt cap”. Hopefully this helps.
Very informative video. Thank you. When I bought this kit I never got a cover for the whole I cut out.
That’s a bummer! Contact the company if you can. Let them know it didn’t come with a cover. Hopefully they can get you one. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it.
Thanks man! Just got a Mojave in Hydro blue myself.
Thank you for watching. I appreciate it! I hope you enjoy your Gladiator Mojave as much as I do.
Thanks man, helped a lot!

is this a class iii hitch?
Yes it is a class 3 hitch.
Important to note: You can't fish the volt through the tubing without removing the torx bolt thats in the way
I'm not sure what you are talking about. My video followed the instructions to the letter. I had not issues.
Outstanding directions 👏
Thank you!
