I appreciate your videos so much. Would these exercises also apply to meniscus tears?

Hi Kathy, We are so happy that we could help! 🙌 These wouldn't apply but we do have a knee meniscus help playlist that has tips and exercises that you might find helpful for meniscus issues. You can access it here:
      “Knee Meniscus Help”
      ruclips.net/p/PLJVIPiFvv1mZ9Vh4eRH3UlmMeqOUtB-6a
Start with one or two exercises, beginning with the smallest range of motion and the lowest intensity. As you feel stronger, you can gradually increase both the range of motion and intensity. It’s best to do these exercises every day throughout the day. Aim to tire out the muscle without losing form or control. Consistency is key. Always avoid working through pain; soreness and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not.
If you find the the knee meniscus help playlist was to improve your knee meniscus injury we would highly encourage you to look in to our Knee Meniscus Recovery Program. The program is similar to our in-person treatments minus the manual manipulation. The Knee Meniscus Recovery Program is designed to help people have the best chance of avoiding unnecessary surgery, injections, or having to rely on pain medications. This course guides people through exercises and stretches that target key body parts that have the greatest potential to prevent or help with meniscus tears or trouble after meniscus surgery. @@epmanualphysicaltherapy I have definitely used your help with my meniscus tear. You definitely made life bearable. My granddaughter has an acl tear but may also have some meniscus problems also. I don't want to suggest something that might make it worse. Thank you for responding.
