Well, this POS was already in financial hell I'm sure. What else would drive someone to cheat. He 100% had help from the graphics operator too but i'm sure that's going to be harder to prove.
From a cheating point of view, Hand 5 with both guys have A10 is my favorite proof. There is absolute no reason for this huge overbet on the river. 1.) The other guy calls 2 times preflop, if he has an Ace than A 10 is most likely best hand anyway. 2.) Its also likely the guy has 2 pair or better, in witch case he will never fold against maniac Apostle. So the other guy has to have A 10, otherwise this riverbet is the weakest we have seen so far! We saw tons of hands, were he maximized his value with perfect play, but this hand only makes sense if he KNOWS it is A 10 too.
The T2cc hand is way better proof. Heads up with AT, that can happen like that because you can fold out AJ, AQ, AK with that overbet.... But the T2cc hand vs 2 villains with the 3bet preflop action and the c/r on the flop and then Mike somehow raises his bottom duece there into that action is indefensible...
Matt Berkey made a very similar observation on Polk's podcast. His "get them off a chop" sizing is insane and makes no sense unless you know the other guy has the same hand. Only better hands can call, and worse hands are going to fold. Postle's hands are too middling for those all-ins to make any sense.

@22:04 In 15 years of playing live, I have never seen a person make a play like that in a spot like that, for that amount, and start laughing and making faces like that when they are bluffing. It's so not natural to do something like that live, especially sitting right beside the guy in that spot. It's just too much to believe that everything we know is just a big nothing.
@@JeffBoski No doubt there is something fishy about this guy, but he does look genuinely upset when the guy shows his A high. Why would he, he already would have seen the other players cards. In the other hands I have seen where he gets hero called, he shows disgust, or signs he is defeated (like throwing his hands in the air in disbelieve) even before he "sees" the other players hand.
Watch at 15:05 when someone walks over past the table from 'stage left'. Postle's right (upper) hand shoots down below the table, possibly covering his phone, he simultaneously looks over at the person. Then when the guy comes behind him and says something, Postle twists and lifts his lap ever so slightly, making sure that the guy talking to him over his shoulder, will not be able to see under the table into Postle's lap.
In what universe does casino management NOT dispatch a Pit Boss to scrutinize a player totally dominating the game? Especially when subject player is consistently and OBVIOUSLY staring at his crotch in crucial situations. RIDICULOUS.

Thanks you! As someone who has watched 5+ hours of this fool cheating I feel like this will be my last Postle video. Not because I know now he is a cheater(I knew that from the 12 min mark) but because of the feeling I felt when '2 rich' called. That could be my all time favourite poker moment.
Postle's underreaction to that last hand where Rich pulls off the greatest hero call of all time is nuts. He doesn't show the slightest bit of surprise, just laughs like "you got me haha". The expected reaction for getting called by a jack maybe, not fucking A9 high
This is absolutely true. The graphics are *never* wrong and even if they were, no one besides the player him/herself would know what cards they really have.

Hand #8 really gets me, there’s really no explanation other than cheating for what he does in this hand. He’s facing SO MUCH STRENGTH. There’s literally no way any world class player would EVER do what the does in that hand without cheating. Then hand #7 plays out and it’s like WOW. Just WOW. In just those two hands it’s laughably obvious how badly this guy is cheating.
Anyone else notice at 6:11 the camera showing the cards covers mikes lap perfectly when he looks down at his lap. Also a few seconds before he moved his hand down to turn his screen on?
So, this went on for over a year and it didn't dawn that something was wrong? Those announcers, maybe when they say "so easy when he sees the cards" was a cry for help as they didn't want to be the one who called him out!
When it comes out that he did in fact cheat, every time he laughed in someone's face then took their money, is the most disgusting part for me at least. Jeff love your content and sense of humor keep making content.

There's one hand that's not on this list that is definitely in the top ten of shady hands. Mike has AK and flops top pair top kicker on a dry board, and check folds to his opponent who just happened to flop a set.
14:25 is clear evidence for me. I challenge anyone to find a play like this anywhere else. It's completely bonkers. The shove at the end is not normal play at all. The final call for his opp is for too little chips. The odds of being called are simply too high. This is clearly not a winning play!
actually, i don't think he is turning the phone over when he reaches down.. I think he is hitting the side button because the phone went into sleep mode. That's why he doesn't look down when he is waking the phone. He looks down moments later once he knows the screen is live.
I know the video and story is old , but i follow the case with great interest and i am furious that the case was dismissed some days ago :-(. The hand in this video which stuned me the most (starting @ 18:21) was the 96o vs 98s. The river play of Mike Postle makes IMO only sense if you know exactly what your opponent has. I mean what is he doing? A block bet? Then he should fold to a raise right? On the other side if he thinks Bryan is bluffing he should check to him right?? He doesnt block hearts, so it is a reasonable check IF YOU JUST WATCH THE RIVER IN A VACUUM. Now, another fact: Look at the Postle's face exprecions BEFORE making the turn call. For me it looks like he is a bit ashamed about his call on the one hand and unsure since he (probably) knows Bryan has a draw and can outdraw him. I dont know if explain it well but this leads to the river desicion. If you are unsure on the turn WHY lead out the river and jam over a raise?? There are two explainations i found for myself : 1.) He doesnt want to show his hand! 2.) He knows Bryan might want to bluff raise and so Postle can get more money from him? I really hope there will be another way to get Stones and Postle infront of the court! I really dont understand that judge Shubb dismissed EVERYTHING vs Stones (Kings Casino), Kuraitis and Postle?!? Sometimes i dont understand the f@%!ing world!!
I've thought about it long and hard, the reason why he never calls and make ridiculous raises with bottom pair is because he doesn't want a show down. Think about it, when you have Bluff Catchers when do you ever raise? But Mike Postle with his Crotch Theory Optimal game is all he does with Bluff Catchers. His hand against Frank Tanks is a clear example of "why are you raising". The guy raised to $700 with $947 left behind, if the dude had ANY sort of hand he'd be pretty forced to call your all-in bet when you have a pair of 2s. You can't make a raise all in with a pair of 2s unless you know he ain't calling.
That's right he knows he will not call him according to bet sequence !and some psychological movements to throw off his opponents ...he might be a psychologist
@@jobee1585 lol wut. You are reading way way too far into it. If he was a psychologist, he wouldn't be showing duper's delight every time he makes his bullshit plays thinking he's "clever".

Ahyeee how was he dealt a hand that they claimed? Chances RFID was wrong is massively slim. He was dealt the hand shown on screen. His hand was changed in the middle of the river play(s). Why wasn’t it “corrected” immediately if it was somehow incorrect? Doesn’t make too much sense now unless graphics has to cover up for the completely insane river action and claim cards wrong and Postle play makes 100% sense
Mike is absolutely cheating, but this quote from mike is actually taken out of context. He was talking about people in the chat saying they would win in these games and Mike ironically comments that chat is really good because "its so easy when you can see the cards." It's ironic but definitely taken out of context.
If Mike really isn't cheating then imagine what it would feel like to be in his shoes. He wins by playing insanely good and having great reads, and instead of being revered as a new star player with a completely unique play-style, he is chastised as a cheater. Man that would be nuts. It does look like he cheats though, I admit. I just hope that he really is or else this is going to be a modern day witch hunt on a regular guy.
Outrageous. The 6-2 off suit and also the the T-2 suited, third hand. Two people before him had raise and reraise and he just get All In with bottom pair (the 2) and T kicker!!! And also it was 3-betted before flop.

I really don't know wtf is going on here...
Agreed, you can't do that on your own but my question is this, why did no one find it even remotely suspicious the way that he was doing all that he was doing? That's a huge sign the guy is cheating, he is not focused on the game, he is looking at his dick wtf? I mean his opponents are all dumb or what?
Straight psychopath at 9:31 when he says it’s so easy when you can see the cards. The same look he has when he smiles during the hands because he knows what everyone has at all times.
Right? If you even watch the hands he plays prior to doing all this cheating, he's very animated when he loses in a showdown...yes he actually loses a showdown, quite a bit, which is even more damning and hilarious once he starts cheating...he magically doesn't lose unless someone HERO calls.
When the pandemic ends, someone should open up a new card room across the street from Stones with a sign that says, “come play here. We don’t tolerate cheating!”
The wrong graphics has been talked about Ht several people. It’s impossible for the graphics to be changed at the end of the hand like it did. It was a way for them to cover the fact that he was cheating.
The sheer idiocy of letting letting "gamblers" have access to their cell phones when the cards are being recorded by RFID devices and the action is captured on camera is incredible. This is like letting a baseball team use cameras to steal pitching signs off a catcher. Oh, wait....
Every time they cut to him he's looking down at his phone. The commentator would have to be in on it not to point that out. He's in massive hands and he reading a text about dinner?
11:37 that guy had the right removal to hero there. Ace highs are not taking that line as a bluff and he doesn't block any of the back door fd hands that might triple off.
He has had losing sessions.... Every time he's lost is when a guy makes a hero call with A high or 3rd pair. For his playing style he should be getting picked off at the tables. In fact, I target these types of players all day long. For people that say it's inconclusive... here is when Mike checks out his opponents hands 14:12 And here is when REALLY checks his card 14:50
Interesting how he didn’t just call the 98hh bluff when he had 6s and aces. He moved all in because he knew 9 high couldn’t call and he didn’t want to have to show his hand and arouse suspicion from the other players.
agree. has Mike Postel not been to a Civil Court and received a prison sentence ?? and he must will also pay them the money back? and who is more involved in it, at least one must give him the information on the phone or under the cap, it is 100% sure he is cheating (knows what the others' cards are)
Nicholas Timperio What penal code section? What deception are you referring to? Theft by deception, that’s lol. There’s no statute that prohibits this.
Justin Z since searching the internet is a concept much too brain intensive for yourself, I did a quick "california theft by deception code" search. Here's what I found at the very top of the page in BIG font: "Under California Penal Code section 484, any person who uses fraud or deceit to obtain possession to money, labor, or real personal property is guilty of theft by trick." So, that crime is the one... specifically.
At 22:45 it shows Gina with the KQ clubs and Veronica’s hand isn’t showing. Gina folds her hand and then it shows Veronica holding AK clubs. I don’t understand how they have so many graphics errors or RFID errors in this game. Unless they are manipulating the graphics to “show more action” than if their actual cards are being shown
These are 10 out of the top 150 shady hands, but many others belong in the top 10 such as the ones where he checks his cards 3 times, checks his phone in his lap 5 times and jerks uncontrollably from being shocked and/or vibrated excessively.
There was a good one that's floating around on the RUclipss. Mike had AK against (if I remember right) 99. Flop comes A 9 X, and Mike makes the fold on the flop.
On the 8-9 graphic glitch thing, why does the graphics glitching matter? He got called by T-bone so he had to flip his cards anyways right? If the cards in his hand were actually 8-9 then why should it matter if the cards that the audience could see were different?

Then when the guy comes behind him and says something, Postle twists and lifts his lap ever so slightly, making sure that the guy talking to him over his shoulder, will not be able to see under the table into Postle's lap.

There are two explainations i found for myself :
1.) He doesnt want to show his hand!
Sometimes i dont understand the f@%!ing world!!
changed my mind a10 5k overbet to avoid the split....thats the hand i take to court....IMPOSSIBLE PLAY, wayyyyyyy to risky.

He's in massive hands and he reading a text about dinner?
those two last hands are just insane...And the greed getting punished in the last hand is so sweet
