Ok right there at 1:31. “Unscrew the hose from the base of the tank”. Well mine won’t unscrew. He just used his fingers to unscrew it. When I try to do that it won’t budge. When I try it using a wrench it just causes the whole ballcock assembly to spin around. 😡. I’m trying to install a tushy bidet.
Even I’m trying to install a bidet and running into the Same issue. Any tips? I’m unable to unscrew that valve below the tank. There’s barely any space to even rotate it 😣

use a smaller plumbers wrench underneath and get a friend to hold the ballcock assembly if you're unable to wrench and hold assembly at same time.
I can't get my old lock nut off :( its like fused on. Idk if I should soften it with fire or if that's just stupid as fuck
Why nobody tells what to do if there’s leakage between the Ballcock locknut and the fill valve?
