I jumped in full blown with these Amazon basics switches, single pole, 3 way and a 3 way dimmer, I love them, so easy to switch out and set up. They don't toggle as they are push style, so that may take some getting used too. But 2 weeks into this and so far so good....
I know you mentioned that the switches are intended to work with the Alexa ecosystem and they will not work with Google home. Will they work with home assistant? I haven’t gone down that dark tunnel yet, but I’mconsidering it.
Do you need your phone with you at all times to control the switch via voice? Also, I have an echo dot in the house, do you need multiple echo dots (like one in each room) to control the switches?

It's posible to create routines. And set a brightness intensity💡?

It depends. The echo can pick up your voice for a good distance, so you may have to see how it goes for yourself before purchasing additional devices.
