I've been to Cancun/Riviera Maya a couple of times and once to Puerto Vallarta ( just last year). For me, I'm all about the swimming and beach. I love to snorkel and Boogie board, so I'm always looking for the places that offer the best of those activities. I see in your video that the beach area has buoys just a short way out. Are guests allowed to swim/snorkel out past those? Also, it looks like this is in a bay that may keep the waves down which would preclude Boogie boarding. Thanks for your video. Looks like a beautiful place.
Thanks for watching. The resort suggests you stay close for safety. I like this resort and yes it's a cove so fewer waves. It's about 30 min from PV so you can take a taxi or city bus to town.
Thanks for watching! The food is the standard 4 or 4.5 all inclusive resort. Views are great while dining though! If you are a "foodie" this may not suit your desires. It is about 40 min from the south end of the Malecon by taxi, or city bus. For families, it is great as the pool is huge, good size family suites, and ocean swimming is good. But your budget will determine your resort choice to be truthful. Let me know if I can book something for you.
Hello, I’m going to Puerto Vallarta this November thanksgiving week I’m taking my 4 teenage kids and my mom. How far distance is it from the airport and Malecon? I definitely want to take my mom to walk around a see the town. Also is it all inclusive?
This resort is all inclusive. It is the farthest resort from the airport on this side - at least an hour drive from the airport. To the Malecon, the taxi will be about 30 to 40 minutes. The resort is nice but remote. Search on Google Earth. Enjoy.
I am thinking of booking for May, but I am wondering why the price seems a lot cheaper than surrounding resorts. Is it because of the drive? I just want to make sure this is a nice and safe resort. I also wanted to ask what is included in the all-inclusive package? Thank you!
Thanks for watching. They could be offering a sale - not sure. The resort is dated, but the beach is swimmable, the rooms are big and the pool is like a grotto. The cab ride to the start of the Malecon is about 20 minutes. All food, drinks and non motorized sports are all included. Go for it!
My family just returned yesterday, great trip, great resort, 2 ATMs , 1 for pesos, one for dollars, which didn't work all the time, make sure to see the botanical gardens, a short drive away, great restaurant there, I would not go to Yelapa again, a little "sketchy ".
Thanks for watching! I think they will. The pool is large and ocean is totally swimable. There are tennis courts. I can provide more details- can you email me? You would need 2 rooms or 1 that can accommodate 5.
The food here is beyond disgusting. This place poisoned my family so severely my 6 year old had to get emergency IV fluid and is still suffering from constant nausea and diarrhea. All 5 of us got EColi from this place.

A lot of people don’t know that they have a shuttle that can pick you up from the airport!
Yes, I always include shuttle services.
Where do you book the shuttle ?
@@cose1950 call the hotel directly and arrange the shuttle pick up.
