36 Hours in Krakow

- Hey there! We've curated this list for you of five things you MUST do next time you visit Krakow, Poland, and the fifth item might surprise you.
After our cruise along the Danube River, we extended our time in Europe by just a few days so we could spend some time in this city, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the culture, dining like locals, and absorbing the history of the city.
On this channel, we usually focus on all the beautiful sights, delicious meals, and fun experiences. But we genuinely believe that your time in Poland will not be complete without paying a visit to Auschwitz and learning about the horrors of the concentration camps in Nazi Germany. Watch until the end to see why we feel so strongly about this experience and how it complemented the rest of our time in Krakow.
From St. Mary's Basilica, to the University District... from the Kwawel Castle, to the Town Square... Krakow is beautiful, and you'll be so glad you dedicated some time to this rich, historic city.

Great video 👌 I've just returned from a fabulous 5 day trip to Krakow, I was very unsure on visiting Auschwitz, i wanted to but couldn't quite bring myself to come face to face with the horrors of the whole thing but now I'm home I wish we had...I guess thats a good excuse to visit beautiful Krakow again though 😊
Dan - we had similar feelings. We knew it was important, but wondered how we would react. I'm glad we went and yes, now you have a reason to go back. We were blown away by how amazing the city is!
