      In sales there’s a 80 20 % rule 80%!should be the customer talking and you let them talk and tell you exactly what you need to sell them also get a idea on how you have to treat them and what they are going to need to close them and the other 20 is you answering questions and make them feel comfortable and confident that their needs have beet met with you’re help. That’s why this went so good they listen and didn’t butt in with pointless questions and statements

    • @virginiareaper1178
      @virginiareaper1178 4 года назад +100

      Thats typically what happens for everyone. You are told you are going to face a bunch of years. So you plea out to get a much lesser sentence. Then you typically only do half of your original sentence especially if you have "good time". Sometimes you may only do 25% - 40% of it.
      Like if you got arrested for an assault. You will most likely face a year or two. Depending on the assault itself. Then you plea out. You will get a year to 6 months. You will probably be out in 4 months. If you didnt cause any problems while in jail (good time).

Then I’ll start dreaming we’re together out on the town and in my dream once we went to a cafe and we’re waiting for our coffees and he kept talking and talking, I was bugging him to get going and he wouldn’t stop talking to this one guy who was super enamored with him and into his story. And ultimately it was all paid for by tax payers. The bankers did not go to jail or lose jobs-- they got fat bonus money. Even in the crash. What kind of work have you gone to after this? I mean, I guess I'm assuming you don't do it any more.

      Warren Yes and no. What Matt Cox was doing was definitely a contributor to making it harder to get a loan. But keep in mind that the bank’s gotta make money at the end of the day. Houses are worth something, but they’re not worth enough to be worth a potential default and foreclosure. Especially when the bank stands to lose money in the end. Classic example: Lehman Brothers. Lots of assets, bad valuations, small market drop caused them to collapse.
