Ashar 15, today is one of the Nepalese festivals. It has been a tradition to eat curd and bitten rice on this occasion everywhere in Nepal. That's why we also celebrated this festival with joy by eating local chicken meat and curd- bitten rice together with the sisters of the village. I hope that you will also like the special video shooting in a jungle.
This day we supposed to start planting rice but in our area, rice planting time is not started at that’s the reason we all women went to the jungle for collecting grasses together and had Dahi-Chiura in the wild area which reminds us of our culture. KanchhiKitchen Channel is the first Village Cooking Channel in Nepal. Through this channel, we show the dishes of different villages as well as famous recipes in the country and abroad by making videos using our local style and local goods.
