I was present at both Amsterdam shows. The one where Brandon is talking about didn't have the right vibe, the audience was dull and Brandon did seem in a bad mood. I remember being the only one in my seating section that stood up and cheered the band on. The recent Amsterdam concert was much better in every way, there was an amazing connection with the band and the audience
I didn't go to the last one but I attended their concert from a few years ago in Amsterdam and you're totally right, the vibe wasn't good, it was dull and there was no rapport between band and audience. I was a bit disappointed. The great thing about that night is that I lost my wallet walking between the car park and the venue and when I asked about it at the reception someone had turned it in with all the cards and cash inside!
I was at all the three shows in Amsterdam Ziggo dome and the last one was the best. Maybe in 2018 it was also something with Juanita Stein. This year Brandon was on fire and all the rock songs in the beginning were great. The crowd was on fire and you saw that Brandon was enjoying it. I can also remember that in 2013 & 2018 Brandon had some issues with his voice.
I was in the last one in the seating section and at the beginning I felt people would not get up their seats!! But I stood up anyways and cheered my lungs out! Through the concert more and more people stood up so I'm glad a lot of people ended up feeling the amazing vibes and energy the band was pulling that night! It was soooo good!
@@beermakeup4555 im not sure since English is not my first language. But i think when Ron mentioned finger tapping it might mean something else dirty, then Brandon just quickly corrected it.
Saw them in Germany in June, and it was so amazing when they opened with Mr. Brightside, considering they often do that one towards the end. The atmosphere was magical.
They did a private show last night. A friend of a friend was there - it was in a big tent. 1500 people. So upset I missed out. Have seen some Instagram videos.
I really like The Killers so I was looking forward seeing them playing the Amsterdam ZiggoDome. But I was kinda let down when they didn’t perform Mr. Brightside. Sure, Brandon may have been in a bad mood as he says, it doesn’t justify withholding a #1 hit song on your setlist. The rest of that concert was great though.
Was not happy when Brandon said he was in a bad mood so he didn't sing Mr. Brightside. Didn't seem to bother him. It's not about him, it's about the fans who paid alot of money to see them.
He didn’t say it but that concert in Amsterdam, the people pay money and didn’t participate. It was a very dull audience, they weren’t singing, Clapping, or it seem didn’t enjoy it? I figure when u have a unresponsive crowd you just don’t feel like giving it your all.
Brandon Flowers is one of the best song writers of the past 20 years
Their album Imploding the Mirage is a modern masterpiece
Pressure Machine and BattleBorn is amazing too
When it comes to his amazing writing.
@@brisolo8586 completely agree
songbird of our generation
such truth

Love to see him front queen, but wo but never leave the killers
Three days to Vancouver!!!
When I saw the Gorillaz in Detroit they didn’t play Dare either!!!
Brandon is turning into Falco with each passing year.
Dave looks like a mellow Dennis Miller.
Dave must hate interviews
Where's Kylie? 😅

The Project know how to butcher interviews. Great opportunity gone begging.

That's not quite what he said. It wouldn't have been done well but the sounds of it
Do shut up 🤐
Bruh stop talking about Mr Brightside
Never!
Is Ronnie a Mexican? He sure looks like one
His parent are Italian French and German
Brandon is Caitlyn Jenner
And you are utterly sick.
“….in the Covid era…”…. This is still the Covid era! Don’t let them make you complacent.
Shut up
