She doesn’t do it because she wants to. When you’re either looking at yourself in a window, mirror, phone camera, photographer, view finder while vlogging or full production cameras with full size screens to see yourself on … your going to look whether you know you’re doing it or not. The Power of our Subconscious is great. It’s gets us home at the end of the day when our minds are exhausted. It also makes us do things externally that were unaware of just the same. Such as our girl constantly looking at herself without necessarily trying.
It was a simple statement that Tana’s clearly more comfortable in front of the cameras when she’s just chillin and having a good time. It shows that she’s actually doing work BTS with herself that’s proving growth! Sorry for needing to explain that in the case of @tanamongeau and the narcissist title shes gained over the years but as she gets older and is trying to do better, be better and make better choices … Can’t help but applaud the Queen on her achievements even if it’s something as simple as not looking at herself in the monitor! #awwwtismforthewin

I feel you Brooke, people don't realize how devastating hair loss might be, especially to women. It happened to me a few months ago due to an ED and it was such a traumatic experience. I'm still incredibly anxious whenever I need to brush or wash my hair

i love how patient imari is with tana's interrupting lol. that's not a dig at her cuz i know she can't help it. my boyfriend has ADD bad and he does this as well. it's just nice to see that he's not like "damn bitch stop talking over me" because i know that can be distracting when you're trying to tell a story. just shows how long they've known eachother, lil wholesome moment

First of all, we love imari and Brooke, so freaking funny. You guys should do a four-person drunk episode with Ashly too. So iconic.
Second of all, and more importantly, TANA I'M SO PROUD OF YOU. Even if Brooke had to hold you accountable, I am so proud you followed through and showed up. You are trying to break a harmful habit that is blocking opportunities for you, and that takes so much willpower and skill. It is so fucking hard to do something you have no motivation or desire to do, but that you do because you need to hold yourself accountable. I am so so so proud of you. You don't need the perfect outfit, the glam, and perfect hair every time, you just need to show up. and sis you fucking did that. Fucking pat yourself on the back!!! I know Hollywood culture is so toxic and it can make you freak out over not being picture perfect everytime, but this accomplishment is bigger than all of that. You are so beautiful inside and out, and I am so proud of you for showing up today even though the depression was probably hitting hard and there was no motivation. That makes you so strong, and doors of opportunity open to you now, so accept them. Keep working hard, even on bad day where you would rather die than show up. You're amazing, I'm so proud of you. @@MirandaAltha In the past, Ashly said that brooke rubbed her the wrong way, so she didn't follow brooke on IG or anything. so, I see where you're coming from.
However, recently I've seen IG stories and such where they are together and having fun. Brooke even posted a video the other night of them partying together and it's a video of ashly with her tagged. Also, if you look on Instagram, they follow each other again. I think they're friends again.

Ugh I’m so happy Brooke mentioned hair loss and that it can be very traumatic, especially to women. I’ve lost nearly all my hair post Covid and am struggling with a lot more post Covid symptoms, but hair loss has to be one of the worst bc it’s not just physical pain, it’s mental and emotional.
I relate to this comment so much. I'm still recovering from covid after symptoms almost two years later. I'm sorry you've gone through it as well.

I just found out through this podcast today that DJ died and it has honestly broken my heart. I only knew of him through people's videos as I love Charly's vids and he's always in them and I would also see him with other people and he seemed like such a fun and energetic soul who would light up any room he walked into, making everyone laugh so to hear of someone like that dying especially at such a young age is so heartbreaking
