I find a morning routine is essential. I sort my dog out first and then it’s meditating, yoga and reading ❤ thank you for sharing your morning routine, I like the hot lemon 🍋 tea and mountain pose outside to say hello to the sun ☀️
Hey, I wanted to know if you get intrusive thoughts even now? Considering that you've been indulging in healthy practices like Yoga and Meditation. I feel the frequency reduces and then eventually the whole ocd goes away. What do you think from your experience?
I still do get intrusive thoughts but the frequency has decreased and the distress that I feel from the intrusive thoughts has significantly decreased. My OCD isn't gone but it's no longer constantly present. This has been my experience so far, we will see what the future holds!
