Irrational Beliefs, Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (CCRT) and the Triangle of Conflict

In this video, I am going to combine different frameworks that should help you to understand what happens when other people trigger you. Understanding this process might help you to be more relaxed in such situations - as someone brilliant once told me: "Never waste a good frustration". If you are interested in detailed concepts, you will find literature suggestions for further reading. The concepts are also used in my classes at the HTW Berlin and might be a good start to watch, before class.

I'm surrounded by people retraumatizing me and calling it frustration that's good for u
- I call it abuse to dissociate and mock the vulnerable-like how women I have work with the last 40 years -have to wear their pjs or better to have females nude in the workplace I suspect _ like what they have to wear is disgusting -to work so they can keep a job and feed their children.
When I was jumped from behind at work _ I was walked out the door for not submitting at the Christmas party.
Nobody will help u cause they need a job. Triggered by so many abusers _ it's raining abuse.
