    Pant scoring in Test because he plays red ball cricket like white ball, on a red ball field and mind setup. He try the same in T20 and ODI and he is not successful because opponent is much more anticipated to his play.

      Nope. He is more successful against attacking field settings. In T20s you can not afford dots, that's the problem.
      He'll need to enlarge his stroke making repertoire in order to become a better T20 batsman

      @@MannanGoelHis technique is better and now more composed. Check the highlights of his 146 vs England in england or 107 in SA. He peak the length early, bcz of his body structure, small height, strong under nase and balance He controll the 4th to 6th stump ball better than anyone in indian team. It's tough to creat a nick against moving ball when he play defensive way. He play close enough to body when defend, but when he cuts the ball, he peak length early and fully goes for it. His hand eye co-ordination and balance from lower body base make him perfect for cut shots or short arm.jaff towards off side. His head position is perfect, he always calm and also wait for the ball ( much time to play fast bowlers). Recently we saw he used soft hand many times vs stuard broad and edge did not Carrey..He is unorthodox but different that's why it's not easy to get him out in test cricket. In T20 He wants to score quickly and he always make mistake in terms of shot selection or accuracy. In test cricket he can play 30 from 70 when balls is nipping around and can survived in SENA but Sanju kissan etc cannot survive, they will nick it or will be lbw once ball moves. Pant is strong at anything at pad. He has best hand-eye co-ordinayion. If he wait and be mature he can do wonder in odi. His 100 in england vs England to chase 240 was incredible. Ball was moving he came at 4 and took time. It's not easy mate if he play defences cricket to get him out by outside edge, lbw etc. They key or success in test cricket is it's hard to bowl him and get him out. He can change the gear once the ball getting old and moves less. He is special bcz he is un-orthodox. In test he threw his wicket most of the times. But after batting at no 5 his batting improved. Since 97 at Sidney, his test batting average was 53 till his accident. Before that his average was 31-32. Now it's 44. Even he dominated in banagdesh and ok played crusial 95 when team was 40-4. If there was no accident he could reach 47-48 test average and can score more tons in SENA.

    How is it that great batsman like Lara can say good things about Pant who is not part of WI and here we have this evil mind Gayle saying bad able Pooran ? Jealous is a dangerous thing it can can cause grief to death.

    • @sevecheverria3592
      @sevecheverria3592 Год назад +2

      Bro the truth can be offensive sometimes. Pooran is too talented to be giving away his wicket so easily. That's not bad mind. Same thing goes for hetmyer. Gayle can't bad mind pooran they are not in the same league. Gayle was an all formats player who drove fear in opposing bowlers. Pooran needs to realise he is a class player and try to get himself to play all formats. T20 alone can't make you great.
