    Thanks for showing so many temples which I never even heard it. I know only the much popularly ones such as Jokhang, two Tantric colleges.

    Such a beautiful and harmonious place its hard to image 63 years ago 95% of Tibetan were slaves during Dalai's reign. I feel sorry for the Dorje Shugden practitioners and the Tibetans living in poverty still under his control in India while Dalai lives in luxury in his mansion in Switzerland preaching to the world that he's somehow a good person/reincarnation of a god who needs to be worshiped.

    Hi Lucas, nice vlog. I’ve plan to visit Lhasa in the end of this year. What’s travel agent did you use?

      Our guide's name was Tashi, we sincerely appreciated his openmindedness. He is real Tibetan and still follows some old traditions by himself. His WeChat ID is: Experiencetibetan. We pray for you that the Covid situation will be under control in Tibet again and people are as relaxed as they were during the time we were there.

    What kind of paper works do you need as foreigners to visit Tibet?

    • @lucasann
      @lucasann  2 года назад +2

      First, you need to be in China. There is some special paper, kind of a "visa" that is tied to the airport you are leaving. You need an agency to get in as a foreigner. We highly recommend our guide Tashi, "Experiencetibetan" (his WeChat ID).

      You can travel from Nepal but it involves lot of paper work compared to traveling from China.

    外国人在国内很少有机会去西藏,听说入藏手续很复杂

      Ahaha... Yuan dynasty is Mongolian! Does it make China part of Mongolia? And how about the seige of Xian by Tibetan Emperor Songtsen Gampo in 6th century? Xian belongs to whom? Do you have an answer to that?

    • @azzamatic4190
      @azzamatic4190 2 года назад +8

      @@dekunzan In your logic that means most of Europe is apart of Mongolia and yes China was apart of the Mongolian empire for 89 years but since their collapse the Ming Dynasty took over Mongolia has been integrated into China and continues for 650 years till this day. Mongolians like Tibetans make up a part of the 56 ethnic groups of China not including the 4 sub ethnic groups under banner of Han Chinese
