Why they didn't closed the car? The driver usually stays in the car, the principal have already a ppo and 2 or 3'cpo.
logically you want to say why they haven't closed the car doors. That depends on where you are . Sometimes we close doors and sometimes we don't
i would like to get this training but i am in toronto canada LOL shitty place to live if you cant even carry a gun even if you have a license
