Ya she right when I started learning the running man I learned it with like a side step variant, it killed my knees the first few days. But she's right just practice it slow for a few days, exaggerating the high knee when you go on 1 foot. Eventually it will become 2nd nature
Just got to get the body used to moving in a different way than what it is accustomed too ...stick with it...and get ready for the cardio... I wonder how it is going 4 weeks later?
This is the real difference between just a dancer and a teacher. It is good to see each move broken down further with explanation which Nastya has elsewhere but the real value of this intelligent, well-ordered, progressive, clear and beautiful tutorial is that it puts all the pieces together to give a student a full picture. By connecting the pieces sequentially this way and by starting off with the basic jump, it really shows that this is a dance and not a set of movements; that is, there is rhythm behind the movements. She has another one called "new cutting shape mini combo" which integrates live music with her combo. Nastya has the spirit of a teacher who knows how to put herself in the shoes of a student. Thanks for all your videos! - Tim
I was thinking of trying some basic moves, being 71 yrs old and seeing some of these moves, I now realise my potential is, simply as an observer. Well done young lady.💐
I'm nearly 67 and want to learn these kind of dance moves. Yes I agree, start with running man, T-step and once you've got those ok continue on to the more advanced moves. Absolutely looks easier to do than it really is.
I LOVE how you were able to make this super helpful tutorial without any talking. Seriously the best shuffling tutorial I’ve seem. Also, body goals girl. Seriously.
After watching the whole video I have to add, just wow. Again the lack of rambling commentary, makes me automatically like you as a person. Your demonstration of the moves is unbeatable, you practically radiate intelligence just from your way of expression. This video is going to be an instrumental part of my near future. I’ll probably watch it 100 times or more until I get every move down. Thank you for making this, such high quality content.
Admittedly are used to watch some of these Young ladies do this for the wrong reasons but now I’m just impressed by the seemingly robotic athleticism and level of skill that they make appear autonomous. I am truly impressed by their ability and this video in particular is an outstanding tutorial. RESPECT!
I've watched alot of tutorials on shuffle and in my opinion this is the best tutorial. When you turn for every move it becomes more easier to follow. Most tutorials it's like looking into a mirror and makes it hard to follow. Their left leg on screen is my right. When they travel left on screen l need to travel right. When she turns around it feels like she's right infront me. This video helped me so much. Thank you. 🙂🙏
I had the same problem and wished someone did a video with the teacher's back facing the camera. I play this video (AnaKiri's) at slow motion. I am 68 and have been practising these moves since last year. I started with basic running man and can now do: Reversed Running man, T-step, Criss cross, Reverse charleston, Foot tap, slide to side triangles, Travelling feet, Travel rocking, Jive etc. You may wish to watch the following videos: 1. ruclips.net/video/KkJzdQdZJoY/видео.html&ab_channel=CaoV%C4%83nDoanh 2. ruclips.net/video/Kv4JhZGj-BU/видео.html&ab_channel=Dandanshuffle-%E4%B8%B9%E4%B8%B9%E6%9B%B3%E6%AD%A5%E8%88%9E 3. ruclips.net/video/5tIaJWSYaTw/видео.html&ab_channel=DanceAfter50LearnAboutChina 4. ruclips.net/video/UKlsfDSdB5A/видео.html&ab_channel=Dandanshuffle-%E4%B8%B9%E4%B8%B9%E6%9B%B3%E6%AD%A5%E8%88%9E
The video is outstanding, I watched it 3 times in a row. Even though I have no interest in learning the dance, only observing. Anastasiia is so womanish!
Very strong achilles you have ma'am, love the energy and know how. What people don't know is if you have messed up tendons in the lower feet area you can still do this just please stretch I mean stretch anyway because this is a wonderful way to build energy, endurance, and lose weight but any injuries to the foot, like my Achilles in my feet, are shot but because she taught us different styles I would definitely say stretch and then go for it. move to dance and honestly helps build muscles and won't wear that muscle because you doing different styles which work out different muscles. If you feel you can't go any further please do not push yourselves. REST. Try again later. Don't push your body to breaking point and have fun. I enjoyed your explanation of this dance thank you.
This is such a great video! I've been having a stressful semester in college and taking a break to practice some these moves while jamming out on Spotify always makes me feel better. I'm excited to learn more, thank you for the video! :)
Thanks for the vid! I used to be a professional ballroom & latin dancer and instructor for several years and did lots of ballet and jazz but this shuffle thing is my new conquest. Excellent instructional video. Hope my knees can handle it lol !
video took a while to find but amazing tutorial to break it down at a pace that is nice for beginers to follow but simple for mid level to follow and not get bored with repeats love how you advance your steps
I love your tutorial! It sums up all the moves and you slow everything down so that a beginner can learn it! Thanks so much for creating this video. Love from Canada!
Good job, thanks! Really like that you show each move from each direction. I have trouble when yt dancer is facing me. I learn a lot quicker when they turn their back. PS...I know I'm dating myself, lol, but I always wanted to dance like James Brown...and these are all of his moves...finally! Go ahead, look him up....I'll wait....
Yaaaaayy! This is the MOST DETAILED SHUFFLE TUTORIAL EVER!! I like how you have given the NAMES to each move. It makes a lot of sense to me now. I am 61 years of age and I remember the names to past dance steps...it ALL "clicks" for me now. I really do pay attention to the dancers or choreographers feet more than anything else. Thank you very much young woman! 😄😄😉😉
This video is so well made! Thank you for putting it all together in one place and showing from different angles too, I've just started shuffling been 3 days but this video makes it so simple I'm encouraged to try it, you're a great teacher thank you so much! ❤️
I’m on day one of finally trying to learn shuffle dance. I might have done a little too much, because my knees are hurting, but well. If they’re not hurting too bad, I’ll try learning with this video soon! Thanks for uploading, you seem like a great teacher! ❤️
this is awesome! You make it so easy to follow along. I can't dance like you, but maybe if i keep practicing hard, I'll learn :) Thank you for posting!!! This is an awesome tutorial
Wow this video is perfect! I’ve been trying to learn to shuffle for ages and I finally found the perfect video with all of the moves in one! Thank you so much 💗💗💗
Damn, I am really bad at dancing so starting to practice will be very awkward, but at least it's super convenient to have so many moves explained in one video. Great video thanks :)

This is great. The Charleston and reverse Charleston are just the Charleston. The original dance was both forwards and backwards like when you "combined" the two. 15. Jive is actually Collegiate Shag kicks with a variation on the count. If you want new and original moves, look up Charleston dance, collegiate shag dance, new jack swing, crip/blood walk, and 90s shuffle.
I’ve been wanting to learn a lot of these and this is the perfect video! Hello
I like the video
I am nearly 60 and I want to learn this, I’d be happy with the running man to start with, it’s not as easy as it looks though😳
U can do it!!!!:) warm up first and be careful with your knees ;)
Ya she right when I started learning the running man I learned it with like a side step variant, it killed my knees the first few days. But she's right just practice it slow for a few days, exaggerating the high knee when you go on 1 foot. Eventually it will become 2nd nature

I’m so stunned by this. You can do it!!
Very nice tutorial lots of different moves 👍🏻💃🏻

This is my go to guide as I started my shuffling journey one week back. Thanks.
It really helps to set your camera so low. It's easier to focus on your footwork. Excellent tutorial. Thank you
