Fantastic tips! I'm on day one of (trying!) to learn the running man, and I couldn't figure out why I look so heavy and choppy when I move...this really helps!
I'm 8 days into learning to shuffle. I notice that I'm heavy with the running man. I myself am heavy. I find that because of my weight it really makes me push down harder. I've been losing weight (from shuffling). I know when I'm lighter I will float more & move smoothly. But my weight is def a factor.
That’s an unbearable vocal fry you have there making you very difficult to listen to. Please stop the affected croaking because your explanations are so very good and your manner so very nice otherwise

Think light, its not about your weight some heavy people look light as feather it defies physics but possible.
