- This tiny stall in Ahmedabad serves delicious varieties of egg dishes. In this video, you'll see the preparation their popular triple layer omelet. First, they make plain omelet from single egg, which is topped with 2 eggs half fry omelet, which then topped with crushed boiled egg gravy. Final dish is served with masala breads. Overall, the dish looks very tempting.

I'm from Karachi Pakistan and I've been a die hard fan of Indian street food specially egg related street food of India since I started watching it when I was at bed rest after my accident two years ago! I wish if I could come to India to meet our relatives in Bijnaur and then I'll surely try the Indian street food!!

All these comments about uncooked eggs...this dish is designed to have the eggs cooked once in the pan, and again with the other ingredients poured hot on top! This guy knows exactly what he is doing! Indians know how to cook....they cook the best food on the planet!!!
I thought the eggs didn't look cooked enough. But I'm guessing they'll cook a little more whilst on plate as they still had hot oil on them. Then he puts hot food on top so I'm guessing this cooks them even more?
A joke. Yes it would carry on cooking but he threw the eggs onto the plate breaking the yolk! That should be for the customer's enjoyment! Also sometimes his heat is too high
