For all people talking about hygiene... Many people here are poor and I'd probably get the food he made for less than Rs. 40 which is less than a dollar. If you want fancy food, go to a 5 star restaurant and help yourself. A street food vendor in a developing country cannot afford to maintain the kind of hygiene that y'all expect.

It's probably about rupees 10 or 12 not rupees 40.. Also doesn't every thing gets cooked on the hot stove. And he doesn't touch the omelet after it is cooked. If you go to a sit down or 5 star restaurant the food preparation is pretty much the same. The difference is you don't see it. You only see the presentation on a fancy plate.

Yes the springy thingy is great I have one that I bought from local home ware type store.
While everyone likes to harp on the hygiene, in terms of street food this seems pretty safe to eat. Everything is fully cooked and there's no chutney's on top that have been sitting around all day. Aside from the vigorous fondling of the bread at the end (which seems to be consistent thing with indian street food vendors), there's no hand contact with the cooked food.
It was amazing, I love watching this clip help me learn new things from eggs

I have a restaurant near my house in India and they make omelette just like this! Whenever we visit we always eat it.

Finally some decent food recommendations besides the asian bats and all. Yeah he had no gloves and the stacks of eggs were close to the heat and maybe other things but I would still buy this than cockroaches or rats.
@NIKHIL M the difference that mom is cooking at home. In her clean kitchen and she's a mom who wants everything to be clean and that we eat healthy. The idea of gloves is that people outside or some restaurants shake hands alot exchange money pick their nose and they don't really care who you are. And the kitchen they are working in a place were bacteria or viruses might spread from another people touching the tools you are using. might not be as clean as the one you have at home. So your argument is abysmal and stupid.
