@@YSDKsyurpx probably because it’s a cheap amazon monitor, i had a defect with my screen flickering so i returned it and bought a different one that was an extra 50$ and it was so worth it

Check audio out and see if it shows up.
I just got it as well but it turns on i says “Crua” than turns black “no signal, ….” Than shuts off. What is wrong with it my HDMI is connected to my Dell computer
Try another hdmi cable or try looking if the hdmi id set on the correct port
You can do this;
- Try another pc, tv, console or any other hdmi input; that way we can prove it's your DELL computer that has the HDMI connector not working
- Try another HDMI Cable?
- Try any other of the HDMI ports on the Monitor, it could be that the specific port your using is damaged..... But you still have a second port...... If not buy and try the DP cable (aka "New HDMI")

@@YSDKsyurpxit doesn't have speakers.
@JewrasticPark the Dell might no support on board dp. That's relatively new as a mobile feature. Even a lot of new mid tier mobos don't have on board dp. Could also be it has dedicated graphics and they're using the on board hdmi, which config dependant, might not work.
