I didnt think fov was an issue until today lol. Makes a huge difference.
I never really saw the base FOV as an “issue”, but I knew damn well it would look/feel better or for me personally at least, if I could make it higher. I’m happy to confirm that is 100% the case haha. Definitely a welcome addition to the game.
FOV setting sounds cool. I’m glad they addressed the “Echoes of the Past” issue. I did experience that issue during the ambush before the team is split up. I just reloaded the game to fix the issue. I hoped they would’ve also addressed the “Incoming Weather” bug. It’s still listed under Status Effects after the mission was over and hasn’t gone away yet.

@@DemonAsylum just want to abuse the exploits before they get patched. I like playing with all skills and money, who wants to play with a poor spaceship. Seems like they patch every two weeks on a monday. So enjoy while it last. Also i have the fov slider at max and game seems to have higher fps lol. Playing on series x
Don't care about the slider, was expecting more.
I would like to be able to rotate Habs better on my ship. Would still love to craft ammo.
After all, we do have the resources for it
Yeah I was also expecting more and following a smaller update like this, I’ll be all the more expecting a larger one next time around. Doesn’t necessarily have to include a ton of major stuff, but I’ll generally just expect more meat on the bones so to speak. I know it’s early though, that they’re focused on some specific things first and foremost, and that we just need a little patience is all. Larger and more meaningful updates for gameplay, mods, etc will come in due time.
@DemonAsylum there's 2 glitches for me that bother me. I wish they'd fix them.
1. The character looks left when running
2. Conversations, when conversing with an NPC. Your current follower can be further away to where the camera won't lock on them. Making it hard to hear what they say. My boy John Mars.. I mean, Sam Coe said something, and the next thing I know, a shootout was happening.
@@rsxxboxfanatic The character looking left is usually towards an npc who talked, you can fix it by just turning your character towards wherever they're looking
@hecc7906 I can travel alone exploring an empty planet, and my character will just start looking left.
I need them to fix into the unknown quest

@@DemonAsylum the distortions are showing up and the temple isn’t spawning
I think the ship dupe is now glitched/ doesn't work
I did it after the patch and it did let me dupe, it also make the original ship i had copied totally unusable. As in, missing nearly everything but the cockpit , and just pieces floating in the air.
That's a bug that could occur previously as well. I believe you can fix it by either making the original your home ship and or modifying something on it afterwards. Ideally though you probably just want to have the ship your duping be on that you aren't actually using ever and rather are just duping copies of for the sake of getting credits from.

Yeah I haven't personally had it happen and I can't seem to lock down any specific thing that like guarantees it happening as what others have described that leads to it having happened to them is not what's been the case for myself and many others haha. So maybe it is just a toss up, I'm not quite sure.
