- Sky News host James Macpherson has mocked US President Joe Biden after his motorcade was seen driving through empty streets during his visit to Georgia.
“Normally whether you support the President or not it's not that often you get to see his motorcade right so you’d be there,” Mr Macpherson said.
“But there’s literally nobody there aside from a couple of people who are not there for Biden there just trying to get across the street

The term bodega is a NYC thing the rest of America has convenience stores.
We call them gas stations in most the country because they are not any more convenient for shopping than Walmart or Kroger (usually one nearby with goods at less than half the cost)
Our local Kwik Shop sells milk for $6.98 a gallon (store is 1 mile away, $3.39 a gallon)
But I know in large cities, they are still "convenient stores" where there is no fuel pumps and those are separate shops (and probably not Walmart or Kroger near either).
NYC was a great place when I visited in 2003. Dirty streets, but it was nice to see once, buildings taller than you can look up at, and get dizzy 😅
