    What's astonishing to me about GMA isn't just how unbelievable their supercars are, but how quickly they work. Think about how delayed and stuck in the weeds the Aston Martin Valkyrie or Mercedes AMG One has been for years on end. When you have a small company with a clear vision, stuff gets done.

    • @allensaunders449
      @allensaunders449 2 года назад

      Great that time will tell. Also by the time these cars are unveiled they are well underway the Valkyrie was first shown as basically an idea only

    • @srinitaaigaura
      @srinitaaigaura 2 года назад +5

      And you've got great partners. They don't waste time with the bidding process and all the bureaucracy. Of course Valkyrie suffered from issues with Aston Martin itself. And AMG One bit themselves hard trying to get the near impossible task of getting an F1 engine road legal.

    • @jodul6557
      @jodul6557 2 года назад +5

      @@srinitaaigaura Yeah I can only imagine the reason the AMG One was delayed so heavily was because of the engine. The design has remained basically the same since the reveal 4 years ago. But production is due to begin soon for it, so it seems they've gotten that finally sorted.

    • @GabePlaysYT
      @GabePlaysYT 2 года назад

      @@jodul6557 mmhmm! they're doing hot-weather testing in the UAE as-we-speak and have been traveling all over doing testing with their prototype vehicles on public roads and circuits for a long time now. It was supposed to start production this year, but one of the marketing ppl for Mercedes said on Instagram that it's being delayed till next year. A bummer, but based on the footage of it testing, it does look close to finished this time.

    • @JaroslawPawelak
      @JaroslawPawelak 2 года назад

      The difference is that the gma team is working on one or two products at once, while Mercedes is a multi-million dollar brand - passenger cars, trucks and others. This is probably the difference between the two approaches. While producing cars, Mercedes has to test them longer, while GMA cars produced in 50-100 units may have minor neglect, removed at the next car services.

    What a beautiful - sophisticated - meticulously engineered car. As an architect, I have deep respect for form artfully following function. I hope some day I’ll get to see one of GMA’s cars in person. As Gordon has said in other videos, I hope T33 owners will take their cars out on public roads and thrill all of us!
    Very nicely done video - well choreographed - well shot - well edited. It’s GMA quality.
    Lastly, I’m so glad Gordon and his team are doing these cars. These cars shine a light, in a modern way, on what we all love about driving classic sports cars - but taking that ethos to a whole new level! GMA is miles ahead of what anyone else is currently doing. Hopefully it will reset the whole motor car industry.
    Well done in all respects!! Cheers!

    The T.33 is such a strong achievement. Passion, ability and one mans direction rather than layers upon layers of bureaucracy has created something special again. I bought a 1998 3.0 V6 Alfa Romeo GTV. For the engine of course also because of what it did not have. It did not have door handles, rear wiper, no washer jets on bonnet, no roof aerial, no pillars on the doors. I really would prefer not to have a front number plate and it is a heavy car.

That front grille though, looks just like an F12 tdf, or maybe a Lotus Elise. Maybe... maybe...just a little different? If it was just more like LaFerrari's grille? Back in the 90's, Murray Walker said of the McLaren F1 at release, 'if we could put something in a capsule and send it out into space to show other life forms and civilisations what's the best we can do, the F1 is it!'
    Today, I believe this is the case with Gordon Murray's latest offerings without a shadow of doubt. Motoring history is happening right here in England and it's glorious. Gordon Murray is a living legend.

      But I think personally that the F1 is still his best looking car.

    Looks like a lovely english roadster from the front, like a Jaguar XKSS. I love it.

    I see influences of Dino, Porsche 904 and even a bit of Corvette C6 in the design...all of these are good things!

    Beautiful! I see a lot of the Alfa Romeo T33 Stradale in the styling, which is no bad thing

    T50 = more purposeful
    T33 = more beautiful

    I realize that the V12 is just a technological marvel but with Gordon's design ethos towards light weight aerodynamic simplistic beauty ... very much like Ferdinand Porsche ... I would love to see what he and his team have planned for the Electric revolution. Both the T50 and T33 to me are unfettered perfection and I can only but imagine how brilliantly an 'ET' 50 would look.

    There really should be nothing quite like a bespoken, hand built performance car conceived and designed by a passionate genius whose resume’ comprises, arguably, the best drivers’ car ever created in the McLaren F1. What I would do for a drive in a T.50 or T.33.🤤
