It's really rare to find people who appreciate what they currently have. We live in such in a mindset to just "sell" or "trade-in" when we are bored or unsatisfied. I need to get on that mindset. Kudos to you both!
What a great video! Your total review with upgrades is awesome! We too are superC owners (2021 Verona VRB, 2.5 years, 22,000 miles and very few issues). That said, I love and respect your perspective! Definitely learned a few things from your review! We have owned three high end diesel pushers. The super C is our favorite! Glad you are part of the super c community! Enjoy!❤
The nexus coaches look fantastic. However we've had our rebel 35r for six weeks now. Many problems though. We are biting the bullet and trading it in for a new Renegade. I wish you all happy camping! Love your videos and insights. ❤
That's really unfortunate for you guys! Did you have a independent inspector go through it before you bought? Must be big problems if you're trading it after 6 weeks. We had issues in the beginning but once they're worked out, all has been great! Good luck with the renegade!😁👏🏻
My wife was jumping up and down, every time you mentioned cleaning. Mix 1 cup warm Vinegar (30 sec in microwave) and 1 cup Dawn dish soap. " Must be Dawn" mix the 2 in a spray bottle spray it. Let it sit for 15 minutes, wipe with rag or sponge, rinse hot water. It will amaze, even in the texture will be clean.😊 Thank you for entertaining us. We are still enjoying our Bushwacker Tear Drop trailer, which we keep doing MODS. Take Care.
You're talking me out of upgrading my Canyon Star to a Dutch Star. Thanks for saving me a bunch of money. I have 4 corner liquid spring suspension. Expensive but worth it! Our Newmar dealer service advisor drove it and said it's better than air and he has driven them all.
Bigger is not better, we've been rving since 1992, 3 diesel pushers, 1 gasser and one travel trailer, keep the nexus and keep making it ya'lls own, do not pay attention to the opinions of the haters, keep traveling and enjoying each other and the pups, God bless ya'll. 😊
I'm looking at a Nexus super C so your tips are great. Gives me a lot more confidence in the brand so thank you. If just like to add that 3 inches is a big deal. Ask any woman. 😊
Thanks for watching! We have been lucky with our RV but we also are handy and fix as much as possible ourselves. Once the initial bugs were worked out, it's been great. A lot of people recommend getting an inspection done prior to taking ownership and getting things fixed before hand. We didn't do that but we do our own work for the most part but could be beneficial
We got the Rebel on May 30th. So far we are loving it. We just had the Blue Ox tow package installed by our dealer. They got it almost right. The turn signal always shows you turning left now (we would have had it fixed at the dealer, however, they said they checked it and I did not check it). My fault on that one. All in all, it had a few minor items that I either fixed myself or did not worry about. You are right about the leveling system, it get the rig about half a bubble off side to side and stops. Oh well. I will anxiously await your future video where you address that on your Wraith. We have about 3000 miles on it so far. Kids love the liquid springs when they (maybe, maybe not) are sleeping in the bunks while I am driving. We love that the slides only comes out at camping areas, and we can reach everything except a few drawers. My wife loves that she can get us all snacks while we drive as our resident "passenger princess" (she liked that one when I told her about hearing that today). Fortunately I am a cabinetmaker and I have a Biesse CNC router in my barn. I will deal with the cabinetry if and when I need to. I bought this knowing it is a working man's RV. So far, I am very happy. (I talked my wife into letting me splurge and get the 410ah Redodo since we do a lot of driving usually between stops). Well, I better get back to the cookout. Have a good 4th.
Yeah there will be minor issues to fix. We mainly had to go through every connection in the piping and tighten and reseal when we first got it but since then we've been pretty good. Not sure if we lucked out on our build but we haven't had many issues and pretty much everything we have fixed ourselves when we could. Overall happy!
We have a nexus phantom 25 . It’s small. But for us it’s perfect. We love it. Are there things we would like to change, yes. But for us, we enjoy our time in it. Thank you for your video
I came to your channel in 2020 because of you having a NeXus RV, I had been doing a lot of research on the NeXus brand and wanted to take a tour of their facility and talking to them to be able to do some modifications to the RV because of my wife having disabilities. I my opinion, they put out a good product, and the other thing is Mike being a fellow HAM.
Before watching it I would guess you will be keeping it for awhile given the amount of time and $ upgrading it to get it where you like it and seems to work great for you. That said, the bug to buy a new one will never leave us :-)
My husband and I have been looking at the Nexus Super C. So glad to see you like it and would buy it again. Thank you for the great info. FYI-My husband is a truck driver as well. 👍
My guess is that based on mileage, before it hits 50,000 miles, there will be something new in the Wagner garage. Great video and discussion on what you did and why!
By year six I think you’ll be ready for a new rig - probably a Wraith 34W! We have a 2023 Wraith 34W. Very happy with it. Price went up from what you paid. Nexus now uses side open storage bays, Dometic 12v fridge, pure sign wave inverter, low profile Dometic A/C’s. We got Liquid Springs before the build, thanks for your steering us that way. Love it. Plan to upgrade the shocks, add an outlet to the wet bay. We are adding Kilmat sound deadening to the cab. Pretty much agree with you on most points - shower small and cheap, pantry had to be upgraded to pull out, side camera/display screen has poor resolution and lighting contrast. We love the washer dryer setup, flooring doesn’t stain like you experienced, plenty of power on the highway, lots of tank capacity, genset can run everything, length is perfect. Would I like a bigger fuel tank - yes, bigger shower - yes, more storage than we need - actually reallocate some of that space to the bathroom! King bed would be nice option as would an opposing slide in the living room. We started out looking at the Entegra Super C but decided too long. Price was a consideration but the Int’l/Cummins/Allison chassis was why I dropped the idea of a regular C. Didn’t like the class A DP setups with the driver sitting on the front bumper. So yeah, we’re happy.
Better keep it for a few more years you have made it ideal for you. Surprised you have not done the easiest mod the toilet fan. Stay safe and healthy guys.
Greatest review and I have watched 100s of rv videos. You make a great tag team. Your knowledgeable and experience for a rookie like me pushes me closer to a buy. Thanks
Wow, thanks! We appreciate that. Hopefully it was helpful and if you have questions let us know. We have been happy with our RV but many others aren't so happy but we love it, especially more with the mods!
Thank you guys so much for making this incredibly informative and very specific video. You have really just broken it totally down and explained every facet of your opinions. So much better informed for my future purchases. Kudos and hat's off beautiful video cool and very helpful information.
Thank you for this. I have been going back and forth between the 34W Wraith and the 33DS. I like the fact that it is a one piece over the cab on the Ghost and has air ride. I have never had air brakes before and this vlog sold me on not going with the Ghost. I have seen where others have taken their air ride out and put in Liquid Springs. I have spoken with an installer and it can be installed for around $13,000. Thank you again!!!
I don't want those. You lose so much space with those slide systems unfortunately. We've looked at many different versions and they're all the same.. Similar to what we had in the Airstream.
I drove from tn to selking int and had the exhaust brake done. No dealer around me could say for sure if they knew how to do it. I made the 6 hour drive. Worth every minute.
You’ll love the multiplus 2, we did that with 2 - 600 amp hour batteries. No solar for us yet but love being able to power everything. Livability with the slides closed is so important. I think a lot of people over look that. Good to know about the air brakes, we have a gas motorhome so no air, guess I’m lucky. Great video.
I feel like you have owned this rig longer than any of your other rigs. Live your life they way you want and enjoy the life you create! Nice review I'm guessing 3 more years.
The super c is the best of multiple worlds. Mike gets his dually, decent diesel, and a camper all in a package of 34 feet. I installed a hengs vent fan in my rig to get rid of the tiny fan and it moves air pretty decent. When its decent enough to keep the air off i run it full speed woth windows open, and some fans in the windows and it makes for good crosswinds
Really love how "real" your videos feel and hope yal dont ever lose that personal touch! You talked about how much you love the international/cummins how do you feel about the international/durmax 6.2L setup? Wanting to upgrade (1-2months) to a Rebel 30r and I dont have 1/100 of yalls experience with diesel engines/manufactures. Would love to hear if you have a love/hate (or meh) for that engine either way. Keep up the great work and hope to see you on the road!
We've had several Duramax powered pickup trucks and have nothing but good things to say about that platform. They've been around for a long time with a proven track record for power and fuel economy. We've been in a few rebel motorhomes and have really liked the layout and having 4 wheel drive would be REALLY NICE considering how we love to camp in the snow.. We don't have any first hand ownership experience with a rebel but the chassis and engine doesn't scare us at all. I could see ourselves in a rebel.
Loved this video. Definitely one of your best. I agree with you about air brakes. Your dislikes are the same for most of us no matter what brand of motorhome.
we have been watching you guys for a while. we just upgraded our Tiffan Wayfarer 24 to the 2024 Rebel 35R (with liquid springs) partly due to all your reviews. Keep up all the entertaining and informative videos.
That's awesome! Do you have the rebel yet? How do you like it? Knowing it's not tiffin "fit and finish quality", we hope it'll make you happy the way our Wraith does for us!
I think you will keep your Super C for a couple more years due to all the upgrades you have done. Liquid springs is a great upgrade. I did so many upgrades on the chassis suspension I should have upgraded to liquid springs in the first place. Our Class A gas Coach now drives pretty good. Newmar is a great brand we had very few, minor issues on our Canyon Star. Great video, enjoy your travels.
Great video. I definitely agree with wanting the sliding windows. One thing I would want is the head of the bed on the passenger side. I wouldn’t want to have my bedroom windows near the sewer or near my neighbors smoke from their camp fire. Thanks for sharing
This was an EXCELLENT episode. Thank you for being REAL..BTW.. I have four corner Liquid Spring on our 29 ft Class A Newmar and it has definitely been a game changer.. Happy travels.
The best way to combat the rust issues lightly sand and paint then apply cosmoline which is a liquid spray wax, I use RP-342, the only thing that removes cosmoline is gasoline, and elbow grease
The only rust we have is under things that are already body pained (like water heater cover) and would need to be removed to be fixed and repainted. Poor prep from factory is my guess.
Greyhound Bus guys use a shock, I had them on my GM4106 those doors were all aluminum, heavier than what Nexus used. Would have to make a bracket to use with them.
You brought back a memory of me being pissed about the steps! 😂. Still think that is absolutely ridiculous that rust is acceptable in 6 months. My guess on trade in is 3 years, but keep it however long or short you want. Loved the video.
I think you guys rock. Love all your up grades. You have the best RV RUclips site by far! I check everyday for a new video. Phil Marshall Hagerstown, MD
You two are phenomenal! All the questions I had were answered with your videos and mainly with this one. I am moving forward with confidence installing liquid springs, front shocks and exhaust brake. Thank you!
I have watched a lot of your videos and I have to say this is my favorite and probably your best one yet. I like your honesty. Keep up the great videos.
Years ago my first "RV" was a 9 1/2' Lance slide in camper on a 2003 Dodge diesel dually. I refused to pay the astronomical price they wanted for an on board generator, so I got the max amount of solar panels for the roof. I never ran out of battery.
I really like my RV; which is an Entegra Accolade on a Freightliner chassis. It is just like you say; you do you and i’ll do me. I’d love to run into ya’ll on the road. I’ve had people tell me i should have bought a Renegade or a DX3; but, none of them opened their checkbook. So I’m happy with what I have and I’ll have for many years to come. I bought mine in April 2020 and now the new RVs are insanely expensive which is more than this retiree wants to pay.
I greatly enjoyed this video and made so many great points!!! Loved to hear about the liquid spring, air brakes, the leveling system and all of the mods that you guys did!! Thank you for being so open and transparent!!!
Loved your video. We are looking at a 2020 Nexus Triumph. You have made me feel more comfortable about going with the Nexus. I am afraid to show my husband the video because he will want to do some of your same mods that are going to cost me more money.
We have been happy with our 2020 Wraith and every mod we do makes it better to us! Plus, every mod makes it built better haha some people love to hate on Nexus RV, but we've been happy and hope to keep it many more years.
I say a Class A is in your future. I have learned a lot maintenance wise watching your guys content and very thankful for that. Speaking of which, you just reminded me to change out our bathroom faucet. Safe travels guys!
@@WanderingWagners I enjoy all of your videos. I’m going to be respectful to Mike and my wife but yes, I do enjoy the bikini Wraith washing and pool swimming videos 🤣😍.
Another great video guys yeah with all the mods you did on the camper. Keep that camper. I got a very good engine under the hood run out a half 1,000,000 miles before you have to do anything to it and yes you brought back nightmares back in the day when I drove Trucks unfreeze an airlines slack adjusters hanging up, yeah I’m glad I’m out of trucking again thanks for all your hard work keep a Videos coming the kitchen remodels going slow but we’re underway so looking forward to next spring start camping
I say you will upgrade this year. Your channel is growing. Your success is opening new doors. You will have a deal that is too good to pass up. Perhaps a newer Nexus. Got hooked on your channel. Subscribed.
Thank you for watching and subscribing! We really appreciate it🙌🏻 I guess time will tell how long we will keep our current RV. We keep doing upgrades which only makes us want to keep it longer😂 4 years now!👏🏻
I finally broke down and got a new battery for the cargo camper. I was looking at the Redodo but ended up getting a 260 Ah lithium from Eco-Worthy for about 700 bucks. But , you guys inspired me to get it
Floor stain cleaning. I rented a house that had vinyl floors that were stained. Tried a ton to get it clean and basically nothing worked. Then I tried something drastic,, live by it now. EasyOff Oven cleaner Non Fume Non Bake.
You are awesome! I originally went looking for a Nexus Wraith because of your vid's, but my wife fell in love with a 34 ft Tiffin class A on the same lot. I had Liquid Spring installed (4 corners) because of your review. I kept mentioning your video and LS keep asking me if I saw it on another youtuber's video. I had, but made the decision based on Mike's review. He has the experience! I am looking at installing an electric outlet in the water bay since my dump valve is in there also. Regarding the surge protection, I had that same Progressive unit on my 5th wheel, but the Tiffin has one built in. I have already thought about what Mike mentioned about if that "built in" one gets smoked, I have no power. So, I am going to cut my power cord short and I have one of those pedestal units and I will mount that inside and then a run an extension cord out to post, that way I have redundancy. . I have watched every video of your upgrades, I want to see my possible next upgrade! Safe travels! Your friends from Hell, Michigan!
Thanks for mentioning us to liquid spring when you got your RV suspension done. We love LS and hopefully they'll make it for the front of our chassis soon! Appreciate the comment😁👏🏻
Great video and because I watched you while I was looking for a different RV I chose to go with the Wraith. I still want to make some of the modifications you did that I haven't done yet.
44:00 if you get any extra offers... I'll take it! I would love to get a Super C. Would be super easy to just hop in and go out on a trip in it. Not to mention it's still capable of pulling our car hauler behind it as well. But until then... we'll keep using my daily driver Ram 3500 and pulling our 36' TT on all our adventures.
WOW 😲...talk about dropping some RV Wisdom. You go Mrs. Lynn and Mr. Mike🤜🏾🤛🏼‼️I had to blink 😆 twice and ✔️ my hearing👂🏽...Did he say Mrs. Lynn used to drag race 🛻⁉️ Then up pops the picture... Well if that don't beat all 😂😂‼️ Passenger 👸🏼 Undercover 🤣🤣Thanks for all the good advice 👍🏾👍🏾
How long will you have this camper...I give you one more year tops! This time next year you will be in something else. A couple of reasons...your nature and I expect a glut in campers for the next year and as a result you will change. Thanks guys I love watching you two kids!
Gezzzzz….I’m so freaking nervous now listening to y’all. I’m single and really was learning towards buying a Wraith. I can do some of these upgrades myself but the others have me concerned. 🤔🤔🤔😱😱😱😱
Well, I just purchased a 2023 Riverstone RKFB fifth wheel. Watching all of you RV fulltimers enjoying life, I took the plunge. After serving 20 years in the US Marines is time to see this great country. Beautiful lady.
When ever you do decide to get rid of it, ill bet you could make a good buck considering all the mods you have done! I'd put a bid on it!! Great videos 😊
I think it's going to be a long time, but I guess I should watch the video and maybe find out. As I figured, you are keeping the Wraith. As you know I have a Ghost basically because it was the right rig as far as the interior goes, at the right price. As with everything there are pluses and minuses. As far as the Rengade and the Showhaulers go I'm not a fan for various reasons. Last time I checked Rengade coaches were made with 2x4s and if someone can tell me how you can keep 2x4s fastened together when going down the road please let me know. The Nexus has a welded steel frame which doesn't work harden like aluminum (Jayco Seneca) nor is it $500,000 plus like the Showhaulers. Even at $500,000 many Showhaulers are built on used chassis. Yes I made it all the way through. Keep the good stuff coming guys.
lynnnnnnn i had no idea youguys usto drag race diesels and cummins also, as a lifelong cummins owner and a drag racer in my younger years im loving it.
Great video. You have done a lot of upgrades on a low cost rv. You seem to still enjoy the nexus. So keep it for a couple more years. I’ll stick with my renegade for a few more years.
Thank you! We have been pretty pleased with it and enjoy making this one our own. We haven't really done that much before so hopefully that will make us want to keep it a lot longer!😁
New followers here! Trading our brand new 2023 40’ Thor Aria Class A tomorrow for a 2021 Nexus Wraith 34W. Very excited but a little worried about going from having a huge countertop to very little. I love to cook like Linda. Do you miss the dinette because I feel like I’ll be using it for meal prep. Oh and one more question…… does Linda drive your RV too?
Congrats on your new purchase! Lynn cooks and bakes a lot (we even have a playlist where's we have videos where Lynn cooks/bakes in the RV so you can see how it's done). We do not miss the dinette one bit! We do have an extended counter next to the sink (some units have it but some don't) which is helpful for the bigger meals like Thanksgiving and my KitchenAid mixer for desserts etc. I utilize the sink covers area and range covers often for prep. Yes, Lynn does drive the RV occasionally but usually Mike does it most of the time.
You guys did some great upgrades! You'll love the Multi Plus !! We found a 5th wheel we're going to keep for a while, it fits our wants and needs perfectly so invested a ton in a solar system and went all Victron and 1330 watts of panels on the roof and all the other bells and whistles you need for a really good system. We also added Micro Air soft starts to both a/c's and can run one ac unit for about 4-5 hours with all the other usual stuff going. I'd love to have a Super C but we still need way more room than those seem to have.
It's always great when you have a RV that fits your needs and wants! That's like what we have with our Wraith. We had MicroAir Easy starts on our previous Airstream but haven't put them on this one yet
Ever thought of a delete kit for the 6.7? We've done every mod you've done on our class A - except the solar upgrades (yet) - and agree with your reasoning for each mod.
I was so expecting you to say you were going to be looking for a new rig soon. This is the longest you've had anything since i started following you years ago! 😂
It's camping! Just te hnology towable toweable you two compliment Each other.adorable I want to be a camper alittle more now. How is your strero good sound?
Well you have made many mods on it, to suit your needs….it fits in the garage….I say at least another year….but after watching you for a while, I’m going to say your both getting the itch!! 😂
Wow really impressed with your guys knowledge and upgrades. Thinking about buying a B class that’ll cost me more than you guys paid in 2020. I’ll be solo. Still concerned about living in it full-time.
Class B vans can be crazy expensive! Not for us but they are cool RVs for sure👏🏻 I'm sure you'll have concerns but sometimes you just have to take that leap😁
You've done so many great mods to suit your needs, that I wouldn't think you want to start all over! My vote is you make the six year mark.
So true! I foresee more mods too. With every mod, we tell ourselves we need to keep it forever now😂
It's really rare to find people who appreciate what they currently have.
We live in such in a mindset to just "sell" or "trade-in" when we are bored or unsatisfied.
I need to get on that mindset. Kudos to you both!
We are happiest with this RV than any of our previous ones. Nice to keep one longer!😁

You have your RV how you want it now , it takes time to get there . Keep it , enjoy it and we know you use it . Great keep it up .
Very true! I don't think we are finished with mods either😁

We agree! We love the size and there will always be haters but what else is new😂👏🏻
I'm looking at a Nexus super C so your tips are great. Gives me a lot more confidence in the brand so thank you.

I would say 2 years until an A class diesel pusher. I drive a 2022 International at work with the Cummins engine and I love it.😊
Power couple setup with Cummins and international😁

My husband and I have been looking at the Nexus Super C. So glad to see you like it and would buy it again. Thank you for the great info. FYI-My husband is a truck driver as well. 👍
Glad to help!
I think 2 more years you will keep it, especially with all upgrades you've done ❤

I have never had air brakes before and this vlog sold me on not going with the Ghost. I have seen where others have taken their air ride out and put in Liquid Springs. I have spoken with an installer and it can be installed for around $13,000. Thank you again!!!
Hopefully you are happy with your decision! We are very happy with ours😁👏🏻
I look at like this go with what works for you. Has the options you want and what fits in your budget. Doesn't matter what others think.
Agreed! We absolutely love this RV and plan to keep making it "ours" for many years🤞🏻
Have Mike install slide trays in the pantry ! Makes a world of a difference !! Inexpensive and easy to do 😊
I don't want those. You lose so much space with those slide systems unfortunately. We've looked at many different versions and they're all the same.. Similar to what we had in the Airstream.
Enjoy your videos. You've got it about where you want, so I think you'll keep it.
I drove from tn to selking int and had the exhaust brake done. No dealer around me could say for sure if they knew how to do it. I made the 6 hour drive. Worth every minute.
100% agree! We are very lucky they are our home dealer. 😊
We are looking forward to the miltiplus upgrade! We agree that the livability with the slides in does get overlooked
I will say two years more. I see Mike really like this one.😊
We both really enjoy this RV... More so than anything else we've owned which is crazy
This might be the most thoughtful and helpful RV video I have ever seen!
Well thank you! We appreciate the feedback😁
I feel like you have owned this rig longer than any of your other rigs. Live your life they way you want and enjoy the life you create! Nice review I'm guessing 3 more years.
It's been one of the RVs we've owned the longest.. Longest was a 08 TT we had for 5 years that got totaled by hail lol
Really appreciate the discussion about the differences in brakes and chassis.
Absolutely! Happy to help spread the knowledge😊
I love exactly what you have done to this unit to make it yours, it's a keeper in my opinion and great video!!
Thank you x2!😁 We love all the mods and foresee more coming soon👏🏻
I'm building a schoolie ,your advice has helped greatly. One day I hope to see you on the road.
Best of luck! Hopefully you're on the road with it soon😊
Cant believe it has been 3 years. Great video, thank you. We order our Nexus this fall.
Hard to believe it's been that long! Good luck on your Nexus order👏🏻😊
We definitely agree! Happy with it and the mods just make us like it more😁
Glad to hear you're keeping the Wraith. We're keeping our Ghost too. We've made mods too but not as many as you. Oh and I love, love, love my dinette.
Good to hear! Hopefully we will keep it many more years😊
Really love how "real" your videos feel and hope yal dont ever lose that personal touch!
I've never owned an R.V but this video is hugely enlightening!
Happy to help!
Loved this video. Definitely one of your best. I agree with you about air brakes. Your dislikes are the same for most of us no matter what brand of motorhome.
Glad you enjoyed! Appreciate the comment too😁
I'll just say 1 more week😊 just knowing you guys
Haha! Very true
really am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this subject. unfortunately I will have to watch it Tuesday morning.
Hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for explaining pros and cons.very helpful. I'm now looking at Nexus.
Very welcome and glad you found it helpful!
Ditto!
we have been watching you guys for a while. we just upgraded our Tiffan Wayfarer 24 to the 2024 Rebel 35R (with liquid springs) partly due to all your reviews.
Thanks for watching! Liquid spring is definitely a must have in our opinion. Hopefully we can get it on the front too when they come out with it👏🏻
As long as you want it.
That's one way to put it😂
So many great mods!! We've done a few of them ourselves. Thanks for helping us with them!
Our pleasure! There's always more mods to be done to haha overall we are very happy
Great video. I definitely agree with wanting the sliding windows. One thing I would want is the head of the bed on the passenger side. I wouldn’t want to have my bedroom windows near the sewer or near my neighbors smoke from their camp fire. Thanks for sharing
Luckily we've never had an issue with the bed placement👍🏻😁 definitely see your reasoning though!
This was an EXCELLENT episode. Thank you for being REAL..BTW.. I have four corner Liquid Spring on our 29 ft Class A Newmar and it has definitely been a game changer.. Happy travels.
Thank you very much! Real is what we are😁 Nice! We hope to join you one day with the 4 corner LS
Haha! Every time Mike thinks of those steps get gets mad all over again😂
I think you guys rock. Love all your up grades. You have the best RV RUclips site by far! I check everyday for a new video. Phil Marshall Hagerstown, MD
Thank you very much, Phil! We will have a new video out today😎
Nice job. As long as you're happy keep enjoying it.
We have been happier in this than we ever expected!
After all the upgrades,my guess is, 7 years. It's hard to give up ,on all the great things, you guys have installed.
That's exactly what we say as well. With all the upgrades we don't want to have to start over again
Agree
You two are phenomenal! All the questions I had were answered with your videos and mainly with this one. I am moving forward with confidence installing liquid springs, front shocks and exhaust brake. Thank you!
Awesome! Glad to help👏🏻😁 you'll love all of those upgrades!
Wife is annoying
People are horrible reviewer’s
I have watched a lot of your videos and I have to say this is my favorite and probably your best one yet. I like your honesty. Keep up the great videos.
Thank you! We appreciate that. We pride ourselves with being honest and real😊👍🏻
Great job! Over all our opinions don't really matter. Keep it as long as you want too. Love watching your videos. Enjoy and safe travels!
Thank you! We agree 100%
Years ago my first "RV" was a 9 1/2' Lance slide in camper on a 2003 Dodge diesel dually. I refused to pay the astronomical price they wanted for an on board generator, so I got the max amount of solar panels for the roof. I never ran out of battery.
We love having solar as well!
So I'll be watching for the 5.5 year review,,🙌🏻🙌🏻
😁 we'd like that haha
I really like my RV; which is an Entegra Accolade on a Freightliner chassis. It is just like you say; you do you and i’ll do me. I’d love to run into ya’ll on the road. I’ve had people tell me i should have bought a Renegade or a DX3; but, none of them opened their checkbook. So I’m happy with what I have and I’ll have for many years to come. I bought mine in April 2020 and now the new RVs are insanely expensive which is more than this retiree wants to pay.
Yes! Love others opinions on what we should spend our money on... Never gets old... So we get it😂😂 agreed on new RV prices. We'll keep this one!
If your willing to pull out the cabinet a bit, consider a motorized TV lift behind it. Bigger TV, at eye level.
We considered building a cabinet for that but we don't want to block the window
@@WanderingWagners
P.S. love your channel.
I greatly enjoyed this video and made so many great points!!! Loved to hear about the liquid spring, air brakes, the leveling system and all of the mods that you guys did!! Thank you for being so open and transparent!!!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video. We tried to remember everything and be candid about our feelings with our RV😊👍🏻
At least you find us helpful if anything😜 haha now, go change that faucet!😁
@@WanderingWagners I enjoy all of your videos. I’m going to be respectful to Mike and my wife but yes, I do enjoy the bikini Wraith washing and pool swimming videos 🤣😍.
With all the mods you've done, and it's on a heavy duty chasis, you'll keep it for 12 to 15 years.
So true! That's something we tell ourselves too is that it's modded up to our liking haha
You'll keep it! You have done too many mods.😮
5 years
Another great video guys yeah with all the mods you did on the camper.
We agree, this RV has been our favorite to date! Good luck on your continued kitchen remodel👍🏻😁
I say you will upgrade this year. Your channel is growing. Your success is opening new doors. You will have a deal that is too good to pass up. Perhaps a newer Nexus. Got hooked on your channel. Subscribed.
Thank you for watching and subscribing! We really appreciate it🙌🏻
I guess time will tell how long we will keep our current RV. We keep doing upgrades which only makes us want to keep it longer😂 4 years now!👏🏻
Very informative video on your super c. You guys do a great job on all your upgrades. I think this one will be around another 3 years.
Thank you! We hope you're right... Heck we hope longer but you know how that goes😂
I finally broke down and got a new battery for the cargo camper. I was looking at the Redodo but ended up getting a 260 Ah lithium from Eco-Worthy for about 700 bucks. But , you guys inspired me to get it
Awesome! Hopefully you're enjoying your lithium battery😁
Thanks for the great video. We replaced our cheap little bath fan with the Heng's conversion and it has been great. It moves a lot of air.
Eventually we will replace ours too😊
Awesome video we actually looked at the nexus you have helped in our decision thank you
Thank you, we can only speak from our experiences. Overall we have been happy with our Nexus Wraith!
Floor stain cleaning. I rented a house that had vinyl floors that were stained. Tried a ton to get it clean and basically nothing worked. Then I tried something drastic,, live by it now. EasyOff Oven cleaner Non Fume Non Bake.
Easy off is good stuff! I'll have to try it however I don't really want to spray it all over the floors😂
Oh before even watching you're keeping it 💯 🍻
Haha never really know with us
@WanderingWagners very true but I really think ya like the wraith
We actually love your air brakes and we have front disk and rear drum, but you bring up good points. I would think you will keep the Wrath. 10 years.
That would definitely be a record for us!
Lyn and Mike , have you looked at the Breville smart oven . We have just bought one , fantastic . Takes 1800 watts .
No we haven't. Really don't have a need because the convection it's amazing and doesn't need storage or counter space
We have the victory inverter. The wife loves it. I love it. Best upgrade. You will be very happy with the victory inverter.
We are excited to get that upgrade!
Great video and because I watched you while I was looking for a different RV I chose to go with the Wraith. I still want to make some of the modifications you did that I haven't done yet.
Thank you! We still have mods on our to do list too so you're not alone😁
We absolutely love it for ease of travel and we are always ready to roll on a moments notice! Hopefully you'll get that super c someday😁
Haha yes we spent many years building and drag racing Lynn's diesel truck😎
How long will you have this camper...I give you one more year tops! This time next year you will be in something else. A couple of reasons...your nature and I expect a glut in campers for the next year and as a result you will change. Thanks guys I love watching you two kids!
I guess we will see!😊
Gezzzzz….I’m so freaking nervous now listening to y’all. I’m single and really was learning towards buying a Wraith. I can do some of these upgrades myself but the others have me concerned. 🤔🤔🤔😱😱😱😱
Well you don't "need" to do all of the upgrades/changes we have done. Most are pretty simple though
You’ve got and have done some great mods and upgrades that make your way of travel and camping comfortable for you and that is what it’s all about.
Very true! It definitely feels like "home" when we travel
I would say end of next season. You have put a lot into this one
We've definitely put a lot into it!
Well, I just purchased a 2023 Riverstone RKFB fifth wheel. Watching all of you RV fulltimers enjoying life, I took the plunge. After serving 20 years in the US Marines is time to see this great country. Beautiful lady.
How exciting! Hopefully you love RVing as much as we do😊👏🏻
Living the dream brother, Semper Fi! Hope to join you in 6 years.
When ever you do decide to get rid of it, ill bet you could make a good buck considering all the mods you have done! I'd put a bid on it!! Great videos 😊
That would be great! Whenever that may be😁
Nexus should fly you out for a week to get all your in depth input. Love your channel and rig!
Nexus is only 2 hrs from our home base in Ohio😁 luckily they usually watch our videos for our opinion haha
We are pretty happy with our RV and hope to keep it many years and keep making it ours😊
lynnnnnnn i had no idea youguys usto drag race diesels and cummins also, as a lifelong cummins owner and a drag racer in my younger years im loving it.
Yep we drag raced across the country for probably 5-6 years before we stopped. Good times and but tons of money haha
@@WanderingWagners yes it certainly is, but also met a lot of great friends as well
Great video.
No, we haven't. Been there done that with diesel mods and are happy keeping it the way it is.
Telling it like a Wagner. Keep sending the great content.
Haha thank you! 😁
I like the convection oven ❤
Very happy with ours!
I was so expecting you to say you were going to be looking for a new rig soon. This is the longest you've had anything since i started following you years ago! 😂
Yep I think it's tied for time we've kept a RV since we've been on RUclips I think. We had the toy hauler for 3 years I think too
It's camping! Just te hnology towable toweable you two compliment Each other.adorable I want to be a camper alittle more now. How is your strero good sound?
We don't really listen to this stereo enough to care. Haha
Well you have made many mods on it, to suit your needs….it fits in the garage….I say at least another year….but after watching you for a while, I’m going to say your both getting the itch!! 😂
The way we keep any itching at bay is we do more mods😜
Thanks for sharing this information. I appreciate your honesty and advice.
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching
Very good video, there's pros& cons to all break systems an anything else in life
So true. 👏🏻Thanks for the comment! 😊
