    I'm surprised that Hugh didn't notice that these turkeys had been 'debeaked', which means they had the upper beak permanantly shortened, with the point of the upper beak missing. It is difficult, if not impossible, for turkeys or chickens that have had that done to effectively peck at things like fruit.

    Rather enjoyed the little clip. Thanks.
    And for the naming, Hugh is on the money there. one strategy that can help: if you have to name an animal intended to be eaten is to call it a food - like a pig called bacon or pork chop, a turkey called sausage..... It helps to not become so emotionally invested/attached which makes the end easier.
