with all the negative comments below i would like to say that he will never break that loader, very smooth style of operation and he keeps his feet clean. those lorries are not having to que up either.
Probably could load a truck with 2 FULL buckets instead of quarter buckets. Machine isn't being used to it's full potential
It seems like he enjoys pushing the outside/bottom of the bucket against the face of the cut.
Suggest don't roll the bucket so early into the push. Keep the teeth looking into the dirt until the engines dies a little, then roll the bucket slowly at the same time raise the main arm a little and then you should fill up much better.
And as already been mentioned close the cab door and wear the seat belt, they are both safety devices.

Nono! Badasses don't close the door on the loader. . The keep it open until they fall out when the loader tips over and feels sorry later. But, it might be that he has his seat belt on.
Could be heavy material,get that door closed make the best of a good machine and good cab. 👍🚜

At 19 years old I was put in a Cat 992 given about 1 hour training and said now do this and do it correctly. Even at 19 I knew how to load the bucket full. 17 years later I still know I was doing it correctly then and even better now. I would have been fired had I ran a loader like this.

I don't see how the truck is filled, in three passes ! The truck is maximum three quarter full ! If he had filled the bucked completely, and did what he's supposed to do, then the truck would be filled with three buckets.. This was just too painful. Couldn't even watch the whole vid.

This driver succesfully increase the running cost,working with half filled bucket,i think the truck are too near to working quick besides them,and he not using second gear,the loader is a lot slower,and drinking extra fuel in first gear,sad to see it.

I ran a CAT 980C. Looks like a clay base pit to pit load out. Cone crushing limestone with clay base? I had a job loading top soil with a Volvo. Nice machine. Heaping buckets was always the goal but having to spin and rut your work area bounces ya around "a lot" and puts extra wear on the machine. Cool vid!

I agree with everyone else Shouldn't be any more then 2 buckets if they were full and 3 if you were too actually fill the box on the trucks, Depending on the trucks.

These trucks have to go on roads so they are weight limited. This loader is oversized for this application
Never saw a full scoop. No need for the welded on additions to the bucket so it can hold more.

He is doing a good work, the bucket is too big to load that kind of material.
Aparently it was increased to work with another kind of material too.
Doesn't fill the bucket, doesn't fill the truck...waste of equipment hours and money.
The problem here might be that, the goal is to keep up production, and therefore it doesn't matter if the trucks aren't fully loaded. Especially if they're just moving material from internally on the site, but I don't know, I just saw that there's a lot of trucks coming and there's always two trucks waiting to be loaded. at any given time.

hark at all theses great loader drivers lol . in my eyes he's doing a great job wagons my be a bit over loaded . but anyone who as had the pleasure of doing this sort of work on sandy material knows the more you push the deeper the wheels dig which in turn creates something like a bomb site. he's got a lovely flat floor so wagons can follow him back as he digs further in. my only big problem is there is no bump bank on top to stop any thing coming over to him from the next level above him

None of the keyboard warriors know the site like the driver, even if was his first day! The bucket has greedy boards fitted and the driver is easily loading the trucks with minimal engine/trans/hyd wear.
