I switched to strictly DB Benching for a while because of Jay and personally it messed up my elbows not good for my body shape (too much bad strain on the medial head). Smith Machine takes all the weight off my joints (elbows/shoulders) and lets me focus on driving the bar and getting a pump keeping constant tension

@@InnerLifePhotography conventional wisdom from bodybuilders seems to say focus most energy on upper chest, as that gives your chest the best shape. I do incline and flat pressing, dumbbell pullovers for upper chest, and for lower chest dips, or cable flys keeping the handles below your chest. My personal opinion is decline barbell bench isn’t a great exercise, but different movements work better for different people.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO "AT LEAST " READ THIS, I APPRECIATE IT ALOT!!!!Hey Jay, my name is Aaron. Huge fan. Back in the day if u were a BB fan u were either a coleman or cutler fan n i always was on ur team, no disrespect to Ronnie. So basically ive had a real hard life. Alcoholic tweaker parents who did a shit job before they left me at 12. Always tried to do the right thing but had a baby at 19. Got in trouble with the law at 21 did some jail time lost my son and ruined my life. Since then ive met a new woman and we have a 5 year old now who is amazing. Were moving to another state for a "fresh" start. I wanna change my whole outlook on life AND my lifestyle. I wanna start eating well working out again n be in shape and healthy for my son. I got up to 300+ lbs now down to about 260 but after the move i wanna hit the gas asap but i havent had a routine since high school and since im out of shape 37 years old i dont know where to start and its a little overwhelming. Money is tight so i cant afford a PT and as far as supplements what i should use n how much and what is more "needed" than others cause of financial issues. Im 6'3" 260 but ive been stay at home dad almost a year so i dont even know where to even start or have a ongoing plan n routine. If u can give me ANY advice it would help so much. I know your super busy and im sure EVERYONE asks u this kind of stuff but i have to try. If your willing to help me ill do whatever it takes and if i have to send you updates n report in n show progress to prove how much i want this than i will. Im ready to change my life but i do need help. If u can help me i promise i wont let you or my son down!!! 253 263 0737 if u decide to help, if you cant or even just dont want to i understand. Either way thank you for at least reading this, i appreciate it alot. Your the best and wish you the best!!!
