I switched to strictly DB Benching for a while because of Jay and personally it messed up my elbows not good for my body shape (too much bad strain on the medial head). Smith Machine takes all the weight off my joints (elbows/shoulders) and lets me focus on driving the bar and getting a pump keeping constant tension

@@InnerLifePhotography conventional wisdom from bodybuilders seems to say focus most energy on upper chest, as that gives your chest the best shape. I do incline and flat pressing, dumbbell pullovers for upper chest, and for lower chest dips, or cable flys keeping the handles below your chest. My personal opinion is decline barbell bench isn’t a great exercise, but different movements work better for different people.

Diet!!!
The most important part!
We all just want more lower chest
Thank you champ 🙏 what angle bench ? For lower pecs
السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته أستاذ فاضل محترم جدا جدا ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What is good to really work on the mass of the upper (inner) chest?
Incline stuff, like incline bench
Incline dumbbell press (heavy, lots of reps). And dumbbell pullovers.
Different angle provide much more strength

How about CLOSE GRIP..?? And FLAT bench? Need to be more specific!
This fly standing Vs seated fly, both I really didn't train before, I need to train both
I noticed that jay tends to do partial reps, favoring the stretch of the muscles. 🤔 He knew it already back then.
Nah it's keeping the muscle under tension that's it

Gyms need to get rid decline benches and just get an extra bench or dumbbell bench. Decline bench is 1 of the goofiest/ worst exercises in the gym.
