Have you ever had fennel before?
It's a metabolism-boosting herb that you need to eat everyday. It has calcium, magnesium, iron, and many other vitamins and minerals.
This amazing herb that God created also contains manganese. This mineral helps to supercharge your metabolism! It also contains enzymes that support your gut health and digestive processes.
And lastly, fennel helps to stabilize your blood sugar levels.
Fennel is a great source of antioxidants. These prevent chronic illnesses including cancer, diabetes, neurological issues.
So how do you prepare and eat fennel?
You can make a salad and make yourself a cup of fennel tea. Enjoy it for lunch or dinner or just about any time you want. Fennel is absolutely healthy, nutritious, and so easy to prepare.

I have a big stainless steel dry good processor and turned a bunch of seeds to dust. I use a spoonful in my tea every day. Helps with bloating a lot.

Hi I’m 73, trying to get healthier. I had a radical nephrectomy four years ago as I was diagnosed with kidney cancer..I’m fine now but have started a multi vitamin tablet and calcium tablet as well as two cups of fennel tea daily..glad to have seen your little video as I did wonder what the fennel was doing for me..only been using it for two weeks but I must say that I use to be always so constipated but now go once daily to the loo..

I had a empty spot in my garden and the fennel seed package looked interesting so I decided to plant this vegetable. I’m only now learning about how great of a vegetable fennel is and I’m going to plant a lot more of it in the garden next year. 👍

Just let it sit in water and drink it … the seeds are where it’s at… part of Indian and Middle eastern after meal refreshments (and mouth fresheners) for centuries.

I just had fennel for the first time! I put it in a coconut curry stew that was absolutely fantastic! I’m not crazy about the licorice flavor but considering the benefits, I will try it in a salad raw and a tea!

I crave fennel seeds. I’ve always been afraid of the fresh fennel due to lack of knowledge but I smell them all at the store and the smell makes me so happy... I haven’t even watched the whole video and I already know what I want to make with the fennel I’m going to buy. I love the idea of fennel seed tea. That sounds so amazing... I crave it 😳
I hope I’m not missing any serious nutrition. Oh, fennel tea with star anise? Have you tried it?
