    I do ChinChin in commercial quantities. I don't use milk or egg but when you eat it, you think there is milk in it. All I do is to use the best quality of the ingredients, measurement accordingly. Very soft, crunchy, yummy and tasty. To God be all the glory.

    Thanks for the information but do u mean we should not add egg white and not enough baking powder? Pls answer me I want to know

      You can add egg white, just that skipping it will make your chinchin more crunchy. You only need very little baking powder in your chinchin recipe. I hope this helps.

      Reduce the amount of butter you add to your chinchin and add a bit of corn flour. You can check my ingredients and measurement videos on making chinchin. I hope it helps

      Give your chinchin enough time to fry, fry in batches, don't crowd your oil, or add too much at a time. This will allow your chin chin to fry properly and prevent it from absorbing excess oil
