Thank you so much for this tips. I found this really helpful as I am looking to start my puff puff business this weekend. God bless you and put me in your prayers to make sales. Much love❤
May God bless you abundantly. I only started a month ago with just a few and just a Kg and i just sell for students from my flat but now it has grown to 2kg's and hope for more growth in the name of Jesus Christ
Tanx 4 sharing, pls ms, I notice that while frying and I want to fry d other side, most of d puff puff won't change and only one part will be brown. What can I do?
You are welcome, Ade. You may have to use a smaller sized pot or pan instead. When cutting your puff-puff batter into the oil, make sure you cut enough puff-puff balls to fill the oil so that the puff-puff balls are tightly close together. This way, when you flip, your puff-puff balls will not wobble back, making it easy for it to brown evenly on all sides. I hope this helps.
Thanks so much for all Pls what type of flour is the best that will give more qty for commercial purpose...Pls can i use 1&1/2 tbsp yeast for 250g flour for puff-puff Thanks
Thank you so much for stopping by my channel. 1 table spoon is ok for 250g of flour. You can use bread flour if you are not in Nigeria. But if you are in Nigeria, you can use the regular all-purpose flour that is found in baking shops. I hope this helps.
Wow!!!.Thanks so much ma God bless you Pls wat could caused the body of puff-puff to be hard and inside soft...pls it is normal..can baking powder be added to our recipe Thanks ma
I can't do my puff puff for my family without milk and egg, it's always comes out super, i don't buy puff puff because, some people will just mix flour, sugar and water & be given nonsense to people to eat.
I always advise that you add water in bits until you can get your bater to the right consistency. You can watch this video to help ruclips.net/video/eXUmnoe1h-E/видео.html
