A note on Ship's Schedule. I believe it is bind on pickup, but the *box you found it in* is not. If you have a box with the quest item in it, you can trade the box to another player and they can loot the quest.
Been doing Uldaman backdoor pulls since your first vid. I have a second account and use that to boost alts once they reach lvl 30. Helps if one is a healer or has First Aid so I can be more aggressive with my peeks. Dropped a Fiery War Axe the other day which, sadly, only sold for 35g on my server. Going to level up a windserpent and try this pull next.
What people seem to fail to understand, that if you farm "anything" for 10 hours - you will make a lot of gold. Just go where proff. material drops basically.
i do like your vids, however i'll still stay to Uldaman since it's instanced, but nice spot ! Can't wait to see all your future vids for the new content aswell : ) I like a lot grinding as a hunter ! I think about aoe paladin tank grinding too for the future, with the Flame Wrath hast weapon from BRD which the fire shield reflect buff that scale 100% on spell power. With sheet of light + all the new spells paladins can use to force the proc + the ring from Silithus badge who proc 120 spell + crits on consecr + holy wrath usable like a normal spell (Edward the strange mace proc into instant Holy wrath for example), it will be so broken man, so so broken, i think they'll nerf it right away (the reflect buff on flame wrath 100% scaling) to be honest, but hey.. who knows. There will still be the flame shield and demon forge chest absorb procs who scale well on spell who can be pretty broken too with sheet of light. Can't wait to hear your thoughts about that The future of aoe grinding is very exciting !

How do you clear to the captains chest? cant find any way to get in there, its too far away from the grind spot to pull them all the way? - or do you just take it slowly one by one?
Hey @Frostadamus, great video as always! I do have a question regarding SUI addon. After I installed it it does not show buffs in the top right corner, actually it only shows one buff. I checked on EDIT, and moved the frames, there's no clipping. I can see in your videos that all buffs are there, in the top right corner, any suggestion what might be the problem? Also, how did you get SUI to honor tooltip setting from Leatrix Plus? Once I installed SUI it does not allow me to set offset on cursor tooltip... Any suggestion would be appreciated!
It seems like Sui is acting weird for some people. I already had some addons prior to installing Sui. My tooltip was already made from leatrix. I don't know tbh.

Tried this farm on a Monday 10am, hoping no one will be there.. We were 6 hunters on the same layer. Tried to change layer and that was even worse. Think this got to famous to be useful.
Hey Frostadamus, I have a UI question for you. I notice you can see the names of mobs very far away. My UI only shows mobs names when they are up to 20 yards away. Do you know how I set it so I can see mobs names from further away? For example, at 1:22 in the video, I would not see any names other than that one closest to you lol

My only problem with Hunter farming is my luck of loot that I could use NEVER DROPS!! My gear is stuck on BFD mail armor for the most part. I only see the gun drop off Gnomeregan when on another character. I have 4 40s and working on my 5th which is a Priest healer.
Increases the damage of serpent stine, serpent spread, chimera shot and arcane shot. So not that useful, but since wizard oils can be 30 silver for 5 charges. Whatever...
Man I think I'm gonna drop my warlock alt and level a hunter now. Liking the idea of aoe farming mobs with something other than a mage. I did the ZF graveyard leveling as a shaman in classic and that was a nice change of pace.
Btw one thing, since you talked about it and gave half wrong info, your lone wolf will proc if your pet dies, you don't need to despawn it to gain the benefit. You can check it in your character screen, your dmg will be x1.30
Hi Frost, what professions would you recommend for a hunter like yours? I guess two gathering professions would be ideal. But which ones would you take also taking in mind future phases?
Hey. I have mining/engineering now. Used to have skinning and mining. I dropped skinning for Engi. And I might or I might not get leatherworking. Guess 1 gather + 1 crafter should be nice. I would opt for engi + mining.

I have a spot where I make about 60-75g per hour. However your spot has a chance to drop epics and prebis blues etc that sells for a lot. I wish I had a hunter right now haha
the spider cave in Dustwallow Marsh. But you need mining aswell. Lots of Mithril and Iron in there respawning quickly, and the spiders drops some meat and silk that is worth quite a lot on my server @@Frostadamus
Dude you don't have to move your camera at all. Set it up right and you literally just backoedal and walk forward. Never moving your camera. Just angle the camera so you can be zoomed out and don't turn. It's way better
more keys to press, more movement, more zooms. Keeps me same while doing it for 10 hours. Also it appears on the stream that the content is not "that repeatable", there is a bit of aliveness to it.
Hey Frostadamus or comment section people. Do any of you know if there is a weakauro, macro or addon to cancel Eyes of the beast for these sort of farms? i find it quite tedious to click off the buff with mouse during pulls any help would be greatly appreciated.
The addon was removed again. And people didn't get the toxic act. They thought I was for real. Ended up on an almost 50/50 Like/dislike ratio. Dude this is not worth. I did this and it takes soooooo much time. Flying there, running, there, death runs ( a lot and it's long af), having to vendor items, pvp killing you, other people farming this, other people farming other mobs. This farm is dogshit. It's literally the equivalent of making about 80 cents an hour.
@@Frostadamus no man lol. I followed another video like this a week or two ago and wasted many many hours of my life for 80c an hour. Your video doesn't show all the bullshit. Don't get me, aoe farming can be fun to learn but most people are gonna spend a few hours on this at most, get about 5-10 pulls in this time maybe, and spend the rest of their time dying and running for treasure, vendoring, ganking, griefed pulls with low density or that require resetting, etc.
@@mcbaggins12 this is honestly a good summary of most ppls experiences who watch open world gold farm videos lol, they record them on pve or private servers im guessing, or will only make guide videos at the slowest hours of the day, and prob also have to have ppl to layer them on command. You gotta get lucky with a good layer at a really slow time of the day, and even then its only a matter of time before someone shows up and one taps you mid pull. this is why everyone dungeon farms or just plays the market on pvp servers
@@mcbaggins12 the only way to win is to study for phase 3, find out what mobs drop the most valuable loot, and farm them as soon as you hit max level. once the gold farm vids come out its already game over haha

I've also opened over 20 chests and never got a supply crate, and they are very rare drops from mobs. I get good luck with them in spider cave in dustwallow marsh from the mobs, usually as he said a couple per hour

@@mcbaggins12 this is honestly a good summary of most ppls experiences who watch open world gold farm videos lol, they record them on pve or private servers im guessing, or will only make guide videos at the slowest hours of the day, and prob also have to have ppl to layer them on command. You gotta get lucky with a good layer at a really slow time of the day, and even then its only a matter of time before someone shows up and one taps you mid pull. this is why everyone dungeon farms or just plays the market on pvp servers
@@mcbaggins12 the only way to win is to study for phase 3, find out what mobs drop the most valuable loot, and farm them as soon as you hit max level. once the gold farm vids come out its already game over haha
how often are you getting waylaid supply boxes. I need 250 more rep and have opened over 30 chests and killed 1500 mobs easily. wtf

@@neilbecker1140 you're putting in a ticket cuz you aren't getting waylaid supply drops? lmao that deserves an automated response. btw chests don't drop waylaid supplies anymore, i think they changed this in the last few weeks. I've also opened over 20 chests and never got a supply crate, and they are very rare drops from mobs. I get good luck with them in spider cave in dustwallow marsh from the mobs, usually as he said a couple per hour

I abuse the reporting system now because of this, Ive been mass farming open world mobs for 3 days to get 1k rep yeah it needs to be reported or just make them tradeable so Ii can buy one from a gold farmer. shit 20 hours for a supply box. dont mean to quote your hero but... cmon man

Naw, Most people wont be able to pull this off. And if even 1 person is nearby fighting and dies or pulls extra mobs they are going to social on to you messing verything up.

So Frost- can you please make some farms that aren’t like, for hunters xD I get it they are better than mage farmers right now…………. But I have 20g on my mage and don’t know what to do.
The only alt I am leveling is my paladin for mining- that’s it. I want nothing to do with rerolling again. Any decent mage farms in phase 2? I haven’t seen you make a SINGLE video on one.
