Who do you think the Kings land? BI? Lauri? Kuzma? Or someone else?

The strange loyalty to Keegan is puzzling to me. I agree if it’s Keegan 4 picks for Markkanen I agree forget that but Keegan and 2 picks I think it’s worth considering. Markkanen checks the most boxes for a trade. Size, scoring potential interior defense.

Him being young and having time to develope is not getting to you

I think Ainge is asking for A LOT more than that, Brad. He's a tough GM.

@@BigDipperh I see it but you can’t have it both ways. We can’t “win now” and be in the player development business. I personally think win now is kind of foolish. However, that’s the stated position of the Kings so what are you willing to give up? Barnes, Huerter maybe Lyles nobody is all that interested in these pieces.

U can win now and develop... u get BI and williams that's a WCF contender if healthy while u have keegan carter and Ellis developing for the future

You gotta think about the money side, keeg is still on his rookie deal the kings will have rights to him for like 6 years if they want. Having a solid defending wing like him on a rookie deal is great for trying to contend for a chip, I also think all the other gms know this which is why we’re having such a hard time making a deal without Keegan getting brought up

Wings is just playing teams. 5 first and pick swaps is his threshold.

Jordan Poole was like the 29th pick. He was actually a big hit draft pick.
    Instrumental to a title run.
    Kuminga is good.
Moody was like the 14th pick?
Podz was 19th overall pick and made 1st team all rookie team.
It’s really just the Wiseman pick that had a chance to bridge the gap between young and old as a stud.
And instead it was an all time bust.
Dunleavy getting off the Poole contract by eating a year of Chris Paul was a miracle move from GSW fan perspective.

Not denying the type of players Poole, Kuminga and Moody are. The point is would they have been better off moving those picks for a really, really good player instead of trying the young guys?

@@DeuceandMo I meant the value of Poole in 2022 was worth the pick alone. Once they paid him and he regressed, getting off that contract was a great move. It would just be kicking in now.
IMO, no dynasty ever ends smoothly, you pay the price for the winning at some point. Couple that with the CBA rule changes (that essentially aimed to make it impossible to create the KD warriors again), and they are taking it on the chin right now.
I think the two biggest things that have set them sideways.
      1. Wiseman
      2. Steph going Superman mode in 2022 and winning a title with a flawed team that didn’t really have a second star. (This in itself was incredible and not the problem). The problem was more than they got a false sense that it was the beginning of a new run, as opposed to the crowning achievement of the old run.
Don’t necessarily fault them for the optimism, but even as a born and raised Warriors fan, I was skeptical how sustainable the 2022 magic was.
