Don, thank you for sharing your breakfast and lunch recipes. You made the directions very simple to follow and the calorie and cost comparisons were helpful. Nutrisystem seems soooo pricey! Don’t be discouraged by the number of subscribers or comments. Your videos resonated with me and I would enjoy more options. I’m sure I am not alone in that thinking. Thank you for your work and insight in putting these recipes together.

Thank you. I've been on nutrisystem 4 times in my life it really works.. But now I'm in a position where $300 a month will not work for my budget I'm no longer working but I want to lose 15 pounds.

Thanks for this. I will be coming here for help once I get done with my first 2-3 months. I have 45 pounds to lose and I figure it will take me at least 4 or more months and I don't want to be on the NS longer than 2 or 3.
Fantastic. I’m down 15 lbs with about 10-15 to go. I have about 2-3 weeks left of my 3rd month of nutrisystem food and looking for an alternative that I can cook and freeze. I know that the ease of use of nutrisystem has been a significant Reason I’ve been able to lose the weight. Cooking in batches and freezing for me works. I don’t want to cook every day, but don’t mind once a week or two weeks. Looking forward to more of your videos and recipes.
You are not counting the electricity and the time used making your own muffin. With Nutrisystem you just open the package! That's what is great about them.... You don't cook at all!! I've lost 72 pounds in 8 months!❤️
Nut sure what you are ordering from Nutrisystem but everything I ate from them required a microwave except smoothies ,snacks and ice cream
