What's your favorite type of muffin?
Blueberry. I’m thinking about making this recipe with some wild blueberries because they’re superior to the normal ones.
Bran muffin with chocolate chips.
My favorite is Peaches & Cream Muffins,wild blueberry muffins next,the banana nut muffins😊😊

This recipe needs frozen cubes of sweetened cream cheese that will slowly melt during baking added to the batter to truly make it peaches and cream.

They used a Publix label but any national brand would be fine I think.

Could you use different fruits in this??
Warning…with this much butter - use unsalted butter! I typically do not buy unsalted. And if the recipe calls for unsalted, I omit the salt. This recipe calls for self rising flour that has salt in it. I should have known better.
