Kitsch-Bent has all the parts to rebuild the original sticks for the N64 controllers. It’s the cheapest and the best option. The replacement complete third party sticks are not as good as a rebuilt one with the Kitsch-Bent parts. Great channel and trades!
I second this comment. Kitsch-bent parts will get the controller back to a very solid 8/10 stick. And it’s as close to an original looking stick as there is.

yeah i think they have sticks, the bowls, and gears now so you can completely rebuild if its shot...versus just changing the gears like before. Its easy to do but people rather take the easy way out like most youtubers that shall remain nameless

Hey brother another tip... I think you're better off never putting in nee 72 pin connectors because the NES consoles are pretty rugged. All you have to do is open it up, take out the 72 pin connector, bend the pins back up with a bent thumbtack needle or some sort of hook type small metal piece, boil it twice for 5 minutes each time, blow dry it bone dry for about 5 minutes, put it back in, close up the nes and BAM !... GOOD AS NEW BETTER THAN 3RD PARTY 72 PINS !!!! 😎

Force Unleashed 1 and I'd give it a 4. Also, I would recommend Kitsch-Bent for replacement N64 joystick parts. Cheaper and better than the full joystick assembly replacements. If you really want to get fancy, you can get some lithium grease to help reduce friction on the plastic pieces.
