order selection isn't hard. I just don't get the reason of having the headset. You should already have a pick sheet set up for you to get the product so you can game plan your approach. I don't understand why you have to use Walkie riders. if you need to get that top replen you shouldn't have to call someone to get it for you. That slows down production. I don't understand why many companies allow you to ride around with a load 5ft taller than you. it should be trailer height! yeah you can stretch wrap it but again that defeats the purpose of quota. We have automatic stretch wraps now. so when it's a certain height you just have to drop it off & let the machine do the work. I don't get why some companies allow you to stair case pick. That affects your count back you can't accurately count how many is on top let alone find out how many layers belong on the pallet. it's alot more I can say but just know you can be more profecient w/o all these road blocks

I work in a freezer warehouse and it’s my opinion that the headset makes you incredibly faster. When I’m picking I say the check digit before I get to the slot (you can see the numbers from a decent distance) and say the quantity before I get there is well. So before I even pick from a slot I usually know where my next slot is.

How did you avoid PSD? After reading your response it's obviously clear you know your stuff as it applies to accurately picking items. However, I was curious to know how you keep interested in this type of assignment because the job appears to be very repetitive and redundant n quite difficult on the body over long periods of time. Overall, I enjoyed reading your remarks because you spoke with Great clarity and I could tell you took pride in your performance.
