Thanks for the support! Hmmm not sure if you should turn ESC completely off. In user manual they say thaz ESC should be turned to SPORT. If it is off, it can happen that wheels spin in place, so you lose some power and acceleration.
1st turn off auto stop start. 2nd hold traction un till ESC OFF comes up on screen. 3rd put into Dynamic 4th set gear to sport 5th turn off auto hold ( if you have ) 6th foot hard on break 7th gas peddle all the way to the ground. When boost is at over half, let the break go and have fun 😃
Awesome video & beautiful machine! I love A5 & especially the S5 Sportback! The first year, at least in America for the Audi S5 Sportback 3.0T was 2018, not 2017 like it says in the title.
Yeah, those are right settings, Dynamic mode and traction control to sport. After that make sure that automatic brake is off because it messes with launch control. With this steps you are set. Next you'll need to use both legs, first you firmly press and hold brake pedal with your left foot, and than you press and hold accelerator pedal as far as it goes (pedal to the metal) with your right foot. RPM rises and you can see that Boost starts to build up on indicator. When boost reaches half the scale, you releas brake pedal and put big smile on your face. Hope that helps you.

Don't do launch control man, the ECU keeps a record of how many times you do it. It's too much stress on some parts and if anything were to break you'll lose your warranty if you did too many launch controls.
@@dgukov yeah, that's important. If you don't turn auto hold off, it messes with launch control. Be sure that car is in sport mode and gear knob selected to drive mode. If you stay in neutral, you will get 1000 rpm due to rev limiter.
Why does the message appear on the dashboard when you turn off the traction control: " audi pre sense currently limited. See owner's manual?" Is this normal?
Yes that is normal. Because when you turn off traction control you reduce capability of a car to effectively apply brakes in case that audi pre sense detects immediate danger. So I think that when traction control is off, pre sense will give you sound warning but if you don't react on that sound the car will not be able to brake and avoid collision by itself.
