Fun to see the Black Knights one on here. Never even considered what it would look like notated. We made it up piece by piece on the spot and never actually wrote it down, with the exception of the last couple bars.
I have no clue how you transcribe so quickly & accurately while syncing it with your videos (let alone playing all of these) but I KNOW it’s a lot of work & it’s not going unnoticed! Your content is GOATED!
The Bucs quad feature was real hype back in 2009. They were such a standout subsection across all of DCA (including others in Bucs). My friends i was marching with and I were obsessed with the split cowboy bar back then
Love that you had 95 Devils, that was the first real split part line in Drum Corps, and its still being done today! I wish there was more footage of 95 Velvet Knights, most of that tenor like was North Texas if I remember correctly and they were BEASTS!
that first quad feature is one of the first WGI drum line shows i ever watched (online). quite the throwback. i also remember being annoyed at the cadets for stealing the idea like literally the summer after (i think)
nice features you included here. 90 vanguard please. i can write out the part for you if you like, the official broadcast didn’t focus on the drums AT ALL during the quad feature
Good morning! I'm gonna suggest some from when I was into the activity way more: 2011 MCM Opening tenor feature 2014 SCV 2012 Bluecoats 2013 Spirit of Atlanta 2013 Blue Devils
Holy farts dude. You are a chops machine. I dont know how you stay so on top of it, so long after competing. You are a LEGEND. Im not even a drummer and i love your videos.
Ok I commented on part 1 and I wanna add here that there is a 16 year old in UNT’s 96 tenor line. You and I may be related in another multiverse. Most of your list is my list. Black Knights!!! Yezzir, Devs 95!!! Ok requesting SCV 90 because it defined modern tenor drumming, Scouts 92, Cadets 93-94-95, VK 94 and Scouts 96 for same reason. I coming from the old school lane here
kind of sounded like you ticked 3 notes in that RCC had sort of an echo? Thanks for showing what they were playing cuz they moved so much it was hard to see what they were doing in those crossovers. That was really impressive!
Good morning this is video number 37 of asking for marchable bass drums in the formation of tenors. I.e. benor drums. Ps: customer backbar may be needed
Just a thought-maybe consider commentary while you’re playing-and not during their performances so we can listen to them clearly ? Always enjoy your videos and efforts-keep up the good work !
Nice job! Btw, if you look closer to the BD95 solo you’ll see the transcription for the part right after the double stops is wrong. They actually play the shot right after the double stops and the singles down the drums after. I think the BD book of drumming has it transcribed wrong because it was an early season version. Also, the ending isn’t straight 8th notes, it’s 16th-dotted 8th, release.

There is a bot trying to be you.
RCC’s features were insane this year, glad one of them made the list
Honey wake up, new emc video
First comment! Good job.
@@EMCproductions thanks I guess
Never thought a gorilla tag player would watch emc lol
We are gtag bro that’s crazy

Yeah this quad line was fantastic. Here’s an up close vid of that feature in the lot. ruclips.net/video/QpXd7ndwsPI/видео.html
I like that you throw a bone to us old timers now and again.
Love that you had 95 Devils, that was the first real split part line in Drum Corps, and its still being done today! I wish there was more footage of 95 Velvet Knights, most of that tenor like was North Texas if I remember correctly and they were BEASTS!
I'm the asian guy in the pit standing in front of them during the solo. Was lucky enough to have seen it up close hundreds of times!
I was looking for ‘95 blue devils tenor feature
…. and there it was! Nicely done
Def more old school 90s tenor features!
quest ‘23 and bluecoats ‘13 have some of my fav quad features in them
Thank you so much for checking out my recommendation of Buccs 09! You just made my day! 😎
It was my ring tone for years on the Cosmos 2 😄
Thanks for Devils ‘95. Personal favorite.

Fighting off those old man hands with great ferocity.

PR 2010, my favourite percussion of all time...
The tenor feature in the opener of Blue Devils 2012 is great.
Cadets 1993.... epic quad solo that brought sweeping to the forefront. however, please ignore the historic snare feature implosion...
Thought my bro would be amongst this lot somewhere. (Devs 95 line) Some great clips and insane chops out there. 💪
"i don't know guys, this is very hard i don't think that i can play it" -> plays it absolutely smooth without any struggle :D i love that trolling
I was in high school in 1999. Thanks for calling me old.
video number 9 (or 10 I lost track already) of me asking emc to somehow make a marching drumset
kind of sounded like you ticked 3 notes in that RCC had sort of an echo? Thanks for showing what they were playing cuz they moved so much it was hard to see what they were doing in those crossovers. That was really impressive!
It's hard to believe that Ponderosa was doing this in RMPA back then and is now only a concert group, lots of changes I guess
Thanks for doing my suggestion of Blue Devils ‘95
I believe in Bluecoats 2013 closer feature supremacy
you should do top 10 snare features
That does sound like a good idea for him to do that.
Phantom 2007, Pulse Percussion 2010, Bluecoats 2013, SCV 2016
2001 Mission Viejo HS is an awesome concept for a feature and show, you should do a full show review.
Back after watching The Blue Devils 2023 Show! 💚🥁💚🥁

Hmmmm, I think there's a tutorial video on that 2014 Bluecoats lick somewhere in the youtubes
You should do to top 10 snare features 👀
RCC 2012, Bluecoats 2012, Music City Mystique 2004, SCV 2016, Blue Devils 2009, SCV 2008, Blue Devils 2011
Phantom 2010 was cleaner than the search history on a brand new iPhone
Video 3 of asking for a mini drumline Instruments. You already have the mini tenors.
SCV 2016 & 2017 are musts
Should definitely show GMU’s 2nd tenor feature from 2023
bluecoats 2016 top of 2 tenor feature goes so hard
day 1 asking for a best dci snare feature compilation
You should do your favorite bass features next
Day 1 of asking, you should make a video of how you make and edit your videos if you haven't already
Hey emc can you make a video on cab Calloway school of the arts indoor show
GMU ‘22 quad feature for sure
I swear that RCC has a lab where they clone tenor players. Nice to see a Bushman throw some respect to the Bucs.
Definitely not Eric Carr being the best for no reason. Keep it UP!! WOOOO!!!
I still don’t really get what half-notes mean in drum notation, but I’m here for it.
@ferret it’s crossovers
Any of the UNT Stuff from the 90s and early 2000s
Video 18 of asking for the full Freebird Guitarsolo on the Megatenors

Cavaliers 2001 tenor feature. They have the little cymbals 😆 lol
