Tough to say mate, l feel the rotax may the slight advantage at this track with it being more low to mid range performance, the straight isn't long enough to give the X30 that edge. But if you dial your X30 in, you can match the rotax and be on par with them so it would come down to the drivers
It's tough. I loved the rotax until l got the x30. X30 still has its downsides, but l feel the x30 suits me and my driving style more than what the rotax did. If you have a mate, the runs an x30 and you are both roughly same height I'd recommend asking if you can take it for a test run. It'll give you a better understanding of X30's and what their advantages and disadvantages are
@@RacingDragon yeah im giving one a go this weekend actually, i wonder how the new barrel will play out tho - maybe the rotax will be quicker around most tracks or maybe itll be the same as it was before
There's been testings done on dynos and dyno graphs shown of rotax and x30 next to each other in comparison. The graphs show that the new barrel for the rotax gives it a few more hp, but it doesn't change anything significant enough. Track testing will give a better reading and understanding, though 😊
Yeah l was alright. Kart isn't alright though 😅. I didn't get a chance to talk to you about the incident. Were you still trying to take the corner, or were you still in the slide and weren't in full control when we collided?
