After the first time of burying gramps tractor in mud an getting my ass chewed out, i payed major attention while my dad an uncles got it unstuck. Second time it happened i went an took my grandfathers keys to his truck an pulled it out myself. To this day ill never foget the look on gramps face when he seen me his 5 or 6 year old grandson pull up in his truck with it covered in mud😂 i spent the rest of the day cleaning the tractor and detailing the truck.

Good Job, I wish we had known this method when our family had a small farm. We had 8;acres of mostly unused abandoned land that we readied for a vineyard. The plow grabbed the roots from the brush we, had removed in the finer soil the plow caught and buried the wheels to the axle. Several times. Hand digging a ramp. This seems a better fix.😊

A few months ago I got my truck stuck in mud.
I ended up using some plywood boards and ratchet straps and that really did it. Though, I put them parallel to the ground, along the tires. This method with that tractor is new to me.
One caution about my way, though, is to be careful how you place the straps.
I got mine wrapped around my brake calipers and I had to cut them off.
Also, if your boards break, that's fine. But, again, be careful how you place everything.
In addition to the strap, I got small chunks of wood stuck in the calipers. I also bent that plate behind a brake rotor that I had to bend back.
But, I got myself out. 👍
