cmentarz ten znajduje sie praktycznie w centrum, na przeciw szkoly nr. 7 kolo howca;) jest tak bardzo zaniedbany ze trudno zauwazyc ze to cmentarz tam sa same chaszcze.

Yes, it is. It's even being cleaned now.
