Hi, I love your videos & you give such helpful advice! Your bird stand is awesome! I have two budgies, and I have a similar stand for them and they absolutely love it! So I have a 12 gallon betta sorority tank with 5 females. It’s a natural set up with Driftwood and live plants. I was wondering if you could give me tips on aggression. They are doing well together, but there is some fin nipping & they do pick on one female in particular. In your betta sorority video You said you got a male to help with the aggression do you suggest I do that? Hopefully, I will be switching my sorority to a 32 gallon tank pretty soon! We have extra tanks because we also have salt water tanks with stingrays & sharks! Thank you so much 😊
I’d recommend adding a Short Fin Male Fight Fish in there, it helped dial down the aggression when I had a Sorority and maybe add even more live plants in there to provide extra coverage!
Thank you so much for responding! How is your sorority doing? Did you ever have an issue with breeding and having babies? I would love to hear any advice you have about a sorority tank :)
What is the difference between adding a plakat v.s Halfmoon male into my sorority? Do Halfmoons get picked on more because of their tails? I hear so many different things so I just am not sure what to do. Thanks again 😊
Hi Aaron, my green cheek conure regurgitates food very often. He doesn't puke though, he reguritates to his mouth and eats it again. According to google it's a normal behaviour but a second opinion would be very appreciated as I'm a new owner.
Thanks for sharing. It's given me some ideas for my birds. 🦜 I have a table top stand similar to your java wood stand. To make it a bit more interesting, & because my birds like chewing wood & eating flowers, I use cable ties to attach branches from bottle brush bushes & gum trees on it. They love it, & it keeps them occupied.

That sounds like a lot of fun for your birds!!
