Different Street - Tony Momrelle (Live at Blue Note, Milan)

It's a massive privilege to share the stage with these monsters each night. We all have our moments in the set, here's mine. It seems my technique goes out the window the moment my emotions get involved and I've recently been suffering with hand cramps etc.. Time to get that properly looked at I think. Does anyone else experience a big difference between stage and practice playing?
