Yes, in the introduction I explained that because last time we couldn’t see inside the buildings I felt a revisit was warranted, it has been advertised for approximately 2 months 😁
@@Farmerforfun It is a spectacular property. A very nice and a very practical and a very professional setup with buildings that are in good condition. I am a bit surprised that it hasn't been sold yet. 👍
I still think you should make a "currently available" video. You could release it weekly and put chapters on for each house. I think you'd get loads of views and it would be a useful reminder for any older properties that haven't sold. Plus you've done all the work. Maybe trim the videos down a little. I think you'll get a lot more views as people will probably think a video from 6 months or a year isn't worth watching as it's likely sold
It’s SO nice having help when attaching tractor implements! I usually have to do it myself - off tractor, on tractor, off tractor, on tractor, off…etc! Nice job Andreas(sp?)!
When you shred the wood it is called mulch, and wood mulch is very good for the micro organisms and the trees, and for retaining water in the soil. I think that it is an awesome farm. It is a perfect and a very practical setup, planted by local people who have real knowledge about farming with fruit trees. Nice flat land with a practical shape and with plenty water. Not a high fire risk. Not too remote and with easy access. The buildings are in good shape. The price might seem high to some, but there is a substantial amount of profit that you can make with this farm, so I think that the property is worth the price. I do wonder if all the farm equipment is included with the sale of the property because that wasn't really clear. As always thanks for sharing. 👍
People coming from the U.K. now will have to look into their visa options, unless they have a parent / grandparent who was born in a European country, for example my grandmother was Irish, so I qualify for an Irish passport. Look into the different visa options, a lot of people tend to go for the D7 visa when moving here from the U.K., google has all the different visas and their requirements so you can check which might be best for you. Good luck! 💕

I think that most small scale farmers plant a variety of olive trees. If you want to make a profit with olive oil that pays for all the bills you will need a very big olive farm. So from what I understand, but please correct me if I am wrong, most of the time the small scale farmers use the olive oil or the eatable olives for personal use, and not to make a profit. And then it makes sense to plant different varieties of trees.
@ I read that different varieties are basically to raise the harvest with 10% to get better pollination. I have a field an plan to plant about 600 trees. Every advice is welcome. Two know more than one.
@@gerardvriend729 Oh that could be very true. My specific knowledge about olive trees doesn't go that deep. In general and from a biological point of view biodiversity always seems to be a good thing.
Yes, if one wanted to they could create a HUGE house on here 500m2 footprint on two storeys, 1,000m2 house, but that’s probably far too big for most people 😁
Hello Joseph! Hope you and everyone is well! I had my former Facebook page hacked, so I changed email addresses and other things, so I’m going to be more careful now.
There are a lot of factors that make it hard to predict or to give you a solid number. But it seems to me that this farm is so well setup and so practical to use that it does make a substantial amount of profit. Especially if you are eligible for subsidies and when you keep a small amount of animals like chickens and a few sheep, and when you grow your own vegetables. Then I think that you could live a very good life at this property.
@@ddddd1666 I don't know. And profits that were made in the past doesn't say much either even if you would know. Each year the weather is different, and the price for the produce and the fuel and such goes up and down as well. What matters the most is that the farm is big and efficient enough with enough trees to cover those variables. And so far I have not seen too many farms for sale for this price that are so well organized and practical to use. If I had to do a wild guess, but I could be totally wrong, then I would not be surprised that it should be possible to earn your investment back in about 5 years. That is with the cherries. But maybe that you can earn it back much quicker because I do not know how much subsidie that you can get and how much ton the average harvest is, and how much people need to be hired to do the harvest and the pruning. The land is flat and practical to use, that is already a big plus in terms of keeping the costs low. The buildings are in good shape. There is already an irrigation system in place. So besides the purchase investment there are not much other large investments needed. All together it seems like a very nice and a very well organized setup to me.

The house can be expanded to 500m²? That's almost 5400ft², which is huge!

it's called mulching when you cut wood branches ( leaves and other plants ) into bits to put in a garden.

I dont undertand people giving up their morden house for a life like this only to want to tear down the old houses and create a new morden house .
Are you selling the property or the tractor? Lol
Sorry, we just film what we do, it isn’t scripted and i thought people buying farms would not mind to see a tractor in action
How much is the farm please.
